I just started my braces, and Dr Ngo made me super comfortable, made sure I understood everything, and then he took me to Mary, to start Xrays etc., she helped me along with getting my braces and she showed me how to floss, brush etc, with them and told me what to expect... She went out of her way to help me, as did Andy and The front staff....I would HIGHLY recommend this place...and the staff!!!
