DO NOT SHOP HERE. They do not care about recommending quality products for your pets, but will instead recommend the products that cost the most amount of money.\r

I visited the Next to Nature in Edmonds for the purpose of finding a heavy duty toy that my dog would not chew through. I asked one of the ladies at the counter for some recommendations of toys that would withstand a heavy chewing puppy. The toys she pointed out to me where the most expensive toys in the store, but she said they would hold up to the chewing so I thought they would be worth the money. I took them home and within five minutes my dog had chewed through them. I took them back to the store the next day to return them and they said they don?t take returns. These toys are a hazard to our dog and should never have been recommended for dog. The lady who refused to let me return them actually told me that they are normally not recommended for a dog that is a chewer, but then would take no ownership of the fellow employee?s recommendation. I would have accepted the no return policy if someone would have at least acknowledged that I had been given a horrible recommendation and that the employee would be better trained so that some else would not fail victim to the same inadequate service. But I did not get that, so I am recommending that others do not shop here so they don?t have a similar experience to mine.\r
