The owner is the most kindhearted individuals! She take the time to listen to you, your story how the kids are doing etc. I feel at peace leaving my children here.

Worst

I went for a tour and while the director was polite and answeered my questions, I can confirm the owner was rude. She was on the phone when I walked in and talking very loud about...

Love The Attention Given To Each Child 11/8/2011

I really like the attention given to each child. I have 2 children now attending Newport Montessori and they both really enjoy their time here. Thanks again for all the patience and teaching you have given. more

My daughter is thriving 10/26/2011

My daughter is in her second year here. Last fall when her first preschool fell apart at the seams, Newport Montessori took on my daughter and she just blossomed there. At my daughter's first preschool, there was very little guidance. Some children were even hitting without consequences. Because of this she hadn't developed the best manners. The teachers at Newport are lovely, and they really foster an environment of respect, which my daughter picked up right away, thank goodness! more

I am so fortunate for my son, who is 3 yrs old, to be apart of Newport Montessori. He has been there since the beginning of this year. This school's philosophy creates a world of peace, love and happiness for the family, school and our environment we all live in together in this world. My heart feels so warm and happy every morning when I see my son's face light up to see his friends at school while they run off together and go play. The teachers are so warm, patient, genuine, concerned, playful, loving, upbeat, and fun. more

My 3 and 1/2 year old son has been attending Newport Montessori for almost 2 years, and we are having great experiences. As my son enters his classroom and sees his teachers and instantly starts learning. Also, he gets along with everyone very well. I thought he would not be able to adjust to the new environment successfully, his teachers were such great supporters, who were always friendly and helpful. more

Teachers Are Great 10/6/2011

Both my daughters (3 and 5) attend Newport Montessori and we love it. The teachers are great, the environment is great. As with all schools you have to find the right fit for you and your family. And this school is the right fit for us. It is highly structured with boundaries for children but the learning is self paced so that kids who can excel can learn as much and focus on major areas of interest. Additionally, it is great with teaching self sufficiency with the kids. The teachers are great with open and honest feedback so we can work together to improve the child's experience based on that child's needs. more

Currently Attending 10/4/2011

My son and daughter are currently attending the school. They have really blossomed so much thanks to the teachers and assistants at the school. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They all bring different ideas and thoughts to the school, and this helps make it a wonderful Montessori pre-school. I would recommend that a parent looking for a wonderful Montessori school should check it out. more
