I visited this office for an orthodontic consultation and was definitely not impressed. First of all, although I showed up for my appointment on time, I waited for a full hour to be seen by an orthodontist. Once I was finally able to meet with the orthodontist, he left for 10-15 minutes in the middle of my consultation to make ""rounds."" Granted, the orthodontist was only ""filling in"" for the day and I understand that offices get busy, but wouldn't that keep you from overbooking appointments? Even without this incident, what makes me really mad is that I was given a form to complete regarding my finances. When I asked what this form was for, I was told it was ""to determine what payment plan I needed to be on."" I should have known better than to fill it out, because less than a week later, I was issued a credit card without my approval. I am not usually one to complain, but I thought people should know what they're in for before they go to this office. Now, I don't have any experience with their dental side; I've only been to this office to see an orthodontist. However, beware of the form you have to fill out agreeing to seek arbitration only, and waives your right to go to trial in case anything should go wrong. Kind of makes you wonder why they make you sign that form, doesn't it? Save yourself the hassle.
