I went to get my TX Vehicle Inspection Sticker, because one of my stickers on the car window said 9/07 the other 11/07. Since I did not receive anything in the mail as always from the TX Dept of Transportation, I went to the Chevron Service Station. Last time I was told that my sticker is still good and that I needed the other one, even though that I received the info in the mail. This year I did not get anything in the mail therefore I went to Chevron believing that I will be told incase I am at the wrong place. However, this time the worker there (with a long ponytail), gave me a new sticker even though it was still good for 2 months. In addition, it took him quite some time, it felt as he was using my car to drive somewhere for his interest. I was charged almost 30 dollars and nothing was explained to me or like last time with different personnel, It was explained to me that I need a different sticker. I returned 2 months later and did get it done at the correct time. This was good customer service, but this time this was not. I still do not know where to get my other sticker, I paid for one I did not even need at this time, and I am on a very small budget. Is this even legal to do this, because last year I paid for a sticker for 12 months but I only received 10months worth. This Service Station is not the same anymore and people are not friendly and or helpful.
Cons: Not clearn personnel.
