THE WORST! ****
A simple routing job became a week long nightmare, with damage to plumbing, a ruined closet of clothes and bedware, damaged ceiling, and a $600 repair bill. Now they won't even talk to me. They hang up on me and refuse to tell me who their insurance carrier is. This is no way for a business to deal with a problem. If you ask a plumbing company if they are insured, and they say "Yes", doesn't that imply that you can get the information needed to make a claim for damages? Don't deal with these people. They are not honest. It's all well & good when there is no problem with the work, but how a plumber deals with problems & disputes is the true measure of whether or not you should do business with them. If you use them, better hope that all goes well,because they don't do anything about it if there are problems.
