NYBS ROCKS! 5/24/2004

I just moved to NYC and I was having a hard time finding a job in my field. My friend suggested I bartend but I've never been behind a bar and I hardly even drink. I looked up websites and NYBS came up! I signed up just by the site and the staff was nice and the instructors are awesome! I also met really cool classmates. I feel like I always have a family to go to in NYC. I learned so much about bartending and I'm confident to go out there and landa job! THANKS NYBS Pros: Nice staff, Real barlike set-up, Flexible schedule more

When i first started to research bartending schools i was unsure what to expect. I was told by someone at the New York Bartending School to visit all licensed schools before making my decision. Thank god i did! There is no bartending school out there that can compare to the New York Bartending School. I felt fully prepared when i graduated, infact, i got my first job that same week! Thanks to all the staff at NYBS- especially Job Placement- you guys rock! Pros: excellent job placeme, updated & trendy, guest bartending more

Stop thinking about it, and just do it! 12/8/2002

New York Bartending School was an incredible experience. I was taught ALL the drinks I will ever need to know, and I learned how to make them fast and correct, from glassware to garnishes! The staff was extremely knowledgable, not to mention friendly and interesting. I learned so much more than mixology; I learned everything I will ever need to know to work in any kind of bar, including the most demanding and fast-paced. I had a great time, learned so much, and gained a lot of confidence. I no longer think I can bartend, I know I can! Pros: professional, excellent instruction, great job placement! Cons: none, none, none more
