There is something about NY bagel's crisp outside and soft doughy centers that have me coming back for more. I have to get a mini lox sandwich with everything on it every saturday...

Best fresh bagels 8/9/2005

This is the only place to go for fresh bagels. Crispy on the outside and just right moist and tasty inside. What else can you ask for in a bagel except the wonderful selection? more

Your cream cheese deserves these bagels. As an ex-NY'er, I have sampled no fewer than 10 other bagel stores and this is simply the best in the midwest. They stick to the top 8 varieties and do them perfectly. Try the lox spread as well, although it's a bit pricey. more

Best Bagels in Chicago 6/5/2005

By far, these are the best bagels in the Chicago area. Definitely worth driving out for. They also have good lox spread and a variety of cream cheeses. more
