I was in my best friends wedding, she got her dress and all the bridesmaids dresses at NewLook, she was thrilled with the store, so I decided to check it out, I needed a dress for a Gala at the end of March 2010. I was pleasantly surprised with the service! The salesgirl was very helpful and helped me find a stunning dress for my Gala! She helped me with everything but wasnt on top of me either, perfect amount of help!! The price of the dress also surprised me, i really expected to pay alot more, but because I paid less for my dress, I was able to buy a killer pair of shoes to match!!! I recently (March 2010) bought my wedding dress as well as all my bridesmaids dresses at New Look. I was thrilled with the sales girl, she was sweet, knowledgable, helpful, and did everything she could to make sure i got exactly what i wanted!! Im wondering if the store was under different management in 2007/2008, because i was thrilled with the store and the service i got. The prices were phenomenal ! I have actually sent several of my friends needing dresses to NewLook, they have loved it as well, Kudos to the lovely sales girl !!! Hello all! I took my daughter shopping for her prom dress at New Look Bridal.Before we stopped there, we had been to about 7 other shops. They really have some great dresses here! The consultant helped my daughter find something she and I both loved! They didnt have her size, but the consultant ordered it.I picked it up yesterday,breathtaking! What I found especially nice about this store, the consultant actually remebered me by name when I went to pick up the dress, as well as exactly what I ordered! NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE! I called a few months ago to place a order and he seemed so nice. He charged my credit card only to find out a month later he never placed the order! When he finally placed the order I was worried so I had to hassle him a few times to confirm exactly what he ordered. I THEN found out that he placed the wrong order. I asked him to rush delivery the dress since my wedding was TWO months away at this point. After all of this stress, he then ordered the wrong size AND charged me for all of the changes! I have never had anyone be so two faced. The owner became so mean when I was upset that he forgot to order my dress!!!! The wedding was only 2 months away! Cons: Didnt place order more

This place almost completely ruined my best friends wedding. We called to place the order, they charged our credit card so we thought that they had placed the order. When we called back four months later to check the status it turned out he never even placed the order! He then had to rush order it and charged US the extra money when it was his fault. AWFUL!!! I stopped in last weekend as I began shopping for my bridal gown. For several weeks they'd had one in the window that was appealing to me. The owner told me I couldn't look at the dressings hanging in the store, I'd have to make an appointment of at least 90 minutes duration before I could look at anything other than a book. I dropped off a pair of pants weeks ago to get taken up an inch. I don't think I will ever see them again. Everytime I go in there to pick them up they are ""not ready"". I have gone to the store on more than one occasion to find it locked during business hours with a note on the door that says ""will be back at. . . "". But he is never back at the time he posts. He clearly doesn't have any respect for others' time or belongings. Take your business elsewhere!! Cons: poor service more

what ever you do DO NOT use this shop! This place nearly ruined my wedding! Firstly we ordered 3 brides maids dresses and a flower girls dress from here, all 4 dresses that came where the wrong style!!! the flower girls dress was quite nice and the right size so we accepted it, but the brides maids dresses we also the wrong size! the sleazy owner tried to make my fiancee pay for the replacements, even though it was his mistake, as one of the brides maids was pregnant and he blamed all 3 dresses being the wrong size on her getting bigger! Then whenever he orderd the brides dress he orderd it 3 sizes to large without consulting the bride and then procedded to charge us an extra $300 for alterations! we were really unhappy with him at this stage but our wedding was only 2 months away at stage so reluctantly agreed. when we came back a week later to pick it up he threw the dress at us and wouldnt let us check the alterations, no surprise then that when we took it to another tailor for a final fitting that it looked like the alterations had been done by a half drunk, junkie, blind, handless monkey! the cost to fix the dress, varified by 3 specialist tailors (I couldnt beleive the first 2!), was ranging between $700-800, THE DRESS ONLY COST $650 ORIGINALLY!!!!!! Whenever I went back to tell him this he was really confrontation, actually called me a liar to my face, and trew me out of the shop! I went to the MA Attorney Generals office with my complaint and they have just got back to me and he has point blank refused to do anything at all to for me, not even just take bak the dress because he knows how bad it is, and has told them all these stories about being left with 8 bridesmaids dresses (WE ONLY HAVE 3!!) and that he has been working with his tailor for 45 years EVEN THOUGH HE HAD A SIGN IN HIS WINDOW FOR 3 MONTHS SYAING ""TAILOR NEEDED""!! So I really cannot stress enough how bad this place is DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT use this dump!!! Pros: nothing Cons: absolutley everything more

This store is NOT recommended if you're looking for a bridal gown. They have packed hundreds of dresses into this tiny and it's next to impossible to look at them all. Then, when you want to try them on, there's just a little tiny room in the back with a sheet over it. The store owner is very rude and pushy. The dresses are cheap but it's definately not worth it. Pros: Inexpensive Cons: Poor service, Dirty dresses, Not enough space more
