Best Work at the Best Price 11/13/2009

I want to let everyone know what a fantastic experience I had at New Life Automotive. Dan and Dean took amazing care of my BMW 3 series after I was in a front end collision. The car was banged up pretty badly and they made it look like it just rolled off the showroom floor. I even had them take care of all of the other bumps and scratches it had gotten along the way before the accident. They even went so far as to replace the hood emblem as well as one which had fallen off of one of the rims. The car looks incredible, like it has been garaged all of the time. Lastly, I felt really well taken care of like a sister. They charged a more than reasonable price and talked me through everything they were going to do and the charges involved, which put my mind at ease. I highly recommend New Life. They will give you the best work at the best price. Pros: Customer Service Cons: None more

Great for dents and wheel repair 11/11/2009

Had my Audi Q7 in there for some scratches on my wheels and a couple dents. Had them out in a day and looking good as new. Also, took care of some other blemishes I hadn't asked to have done and they did it no charge. Overall prices reasonable too. Definitely would go back. Pros: quick service, quality job more

To paraphrase the Frank Sinatra song "New Life is better the second time around". I was a happy customer in May of 07 when they did some reconditioning on my Classic 97 Eldorado. Somebody banged my door in October of 09, and they fixed it perfectly and in a hurry. They are terrific. Thanks, Dan. more

Excellent Paint Shop 10/28/2009

I searched for a reputable paint shop for my E46 M3 aftermarket CSL trunklid and CSL diffuser in Orange County and came to New Life Automotive. All reviews were 5 stars so I couldn't pass it up. Spoke to Troy at first, totally cool guy, gave me quotes on the spot that were too good to be true but in the end I ended up paying exactly what he said in the beginning so could not be happier at this point. Color match was perfect (titanium silver), and overall parts were 99% smooth clean paint finish. Thanks Troy and Dan for your excellent service. Any E46 M3 modders out there, this is your paint shop, you will not regret it and the price is the best as well. Pros: Best Price and Great Quality Cons: Busy, but not really a con more

the car looks like it had never been in an accident when the repair is done. Dan and Troy give me a very good price and the technician also buff the front bumper. thus the car looks new, and the paint job is pretty good. in fact it matches the rest of the car. Pros: repair job more

Awesome attention to detail 10/23/2009

I had a mishap with my 2004 Honda Hybrid and needed some moderate front end body work. Well, Dan and his staff took care of several other minor problems that I had collected over the 5 years car ownership. He took care of many little dents, dings and paint problems that really should have cost me some major coin. I ended up with a car that looks brand new. I'm highly impressed. When Dan himselt took his time to recover and reinstall my Diamond lane stickers from my old bumpers I knew I had found the right place to have my car worked on. Very pleased with the service and the results. I'm a loyal New Life Automotive client and a 'showroom new' hybrid driver. Great place for getting car painted 10/16/2009

I stopped by to get a quote and was treated professionally and quickly. When I was ready for the work to be done I called and was told to bring my car right in and it was done is 3 days. I am totally satisfied and found the prices to be very reasonable Almost 3 times less than the other quote and the service was no waiting. The other place had me make an appointment in the future. Really is 5 star 9/11/2009

I want to say that New Life Automotive is the place to go! I saw that they had a five star rating online and great customer comments so I decided to take my car over, I had already gotten estimates from other shops so I had an idea of what the repair would cost. I spoke with Troy and he gave me a quote that I couldn't refuse. My front bumper and right fender was ripped and dented and I told him my biggest concern was the paint because my car is black but has some metallic blue in it that makes the car look blue in the sun. He said they would take care of it and so I left it for about 5 days. When I went to pick it up I looked closely to see if the color matched and it did perfectly! They made it an easy experience and my car is as good as new! Just wanted to say thanks, you guys did a great job! Pros: Everything Cons: None more

Dan and his crew did a great job using all the techniques used by the best shops. Color sanding, dent repair, chip repairs and color matching. Very professional results at a price that won't break the bank. They are a one stop shop for all exteriors and interiors. Dealer work at wholesale prices 8/12/2009

Owner cares about his customers and makes sure that you are completely satisfied. I was afraid that I would get "taken" as I was not using insurance. New Life was in the ball park of other estimates but there was something about them and how I was treated that made me decide to go with New Life. I was not disappointed and recommend New Life to anyone who needs work done on their car and doesn't want to pay dealer prices but wants dealer quality. I NEEDED A BOAT SEAT REUPHOLSTERED AFTER SOME RODENTS GOT A HOLD OF IT They did the work quickly and when I picked it , it looked liked brand new. and the price was very reasonable. i will be back for sure and I would recommend them to anyone! The ONLY shop I will trust with my baby! 7/25/2009

When my Boxter suffered an injury from some camping equipment falling on it (we won't get into who's fault that was) and needed the dent it caused to be fixed, I was really nervous about having the work done. I don't trust my baby with just anybody. I worried for nothing because when I picked up my car today (only three days after I took it in, I must add), it couldn't have looked better! The paint is a PERFECT match and my car looks like new again. Not only did they do the requested repairs of the dent and a two year old "keying"scratch, but my car was returned cleaner than it has been since I've owned it. Dan and Troy are genuine and friendly guys, too. I received the best work, the best care and the best price possible. I can't say enough good things about New Life. New Life - Life Savers!!! 7/14/2009

New life really saved my nuts. I backed my girlfriend's mom's car into a light post(yeah, yeah I know I'm an idiot) and there was no way her mom could find out. So, i took it to New Life and they totally understood my situation and treated it as a top priority. The work was truly flawless, they got me in and out of there and back into to girlfriend's happy arms. Thanks New Life! Pros: Quick turn around time, low pricing and flawless work! Wonderful Work 7/2/2009

We were really impressed with how good our '96 Lexus looks. They completely repainted the exterior and all new leather in the interior. Dan (the owner and a really nice guy BTW) offered us great advise on how to get the best results for our money.This is a great alternative to buying a new car. more

Lease Return Specialist 6/29/2009

My Lincoln needed body work and detailing prior to lease return. I just happened to see the New Life Ad in the yellow pages -- and am I glad I did. The vehicle lease inspection went smoothly without any noted repairs identified. The dealership was so surprised - they said it was the first vehicle that did not require some type of repair. I highly recommend both Dan and Troy to anyone needing auto body work or detailing. The best however, is the friendly and personal service they provide and how easy they are to do business with. I salute New Life Automotive and will definitely be doing business with them in the future. Pros: New Life Automotive is the best!!! more
