Great family run business 4/3/2010

I had my dad's car detailed here. Not only were they exceedingly easy to work with, the price was about $150 cheaper than another business that I had considered and the detailing work they did was excellent. They made a 15 year old car's paint job look brand new and the inside look like it was just driven off the lot. Great business, great management, great prices, and great work. I would highly recommend for any type of body work on your car. You won't be disappointed in the least. Pros: Great customer service and prices Cons: None more

Great body work at a good price 3/16/2010

I wholeheartedly recommend New Life for anything you need done to your car--they are pros who do the job right and at a fair price. Dan and Troy always take good care of my cars, which unfortunately have had to have many dings and dents repaired. They are always at least $100.00 less than any other estimate, and have even fixed little things for me at no cost because I am a repeat customer. They truly understand the value of good customer service and will make sure you get a great job at a very reasonable price. I only wish more businesses were run like this! This is what all body shops should strive to be like. Honestly I have taken cars to shops in the past and none have ever been on time or done right the 1st time. Dan and Troy not only had my cars done in time but went above and beyond more than once for me and my family. Not to mention it was all done right the 1st time around for each car. Awesome customer service and work! 12/31/2009

I brought my car in, thinking that I would definitely need a new bumper (based on a visit to another body shop), and Dan actually saved me money by suggesting they could repair the existing bumper with some brute force. I definitely felt that he was on "our side" and didn't get that "ick" feeling that so often comes when someone is telling you that the repair is $x thousand dollars and you don't even know what it is that they're doing to your car. I would highly recommend New Life should I (cross fingers) ever need body work again. Two thumbs up! Pros: Guys have your best interest at heart! more

Finally an on time body shop 12/29/2009

Well this is the first time a body shop has delivered on there promise time and also did not need to bring it back to have thing fixed its been a week and everything is good . We are a High end customizing shop and I started Using New life this is the 3rd car I take to Dan & Troy they are always easy to get a hold of when you need to see how the car is doing. Great Prices Great Service 12/24/2009

New Life Auto helped me save a lot of money on a BMW lease return. We were referred to them by the lease consultant at Shelly BMW after they had assessed the wear and tear on the car. There was a 5-6 inch scrape on the rear bumper and multiple chips on the front bumper. The dealership wanted to charge us $800 to compensate for the damages. Instead, we took the car to New Life an was charged about half the amount. The service at New Life was impecable. Upon returning to pick up the car 2 days later, the car looked like it just came off the assembly line. The car was then reassessed for wear and tear or lack thereof by the dealership. We are so glad that we were referred to New Life. The prices are fair and the paint work is perfect. You will not be disappointed! These guys will earn your business the right way. The helpful staff and management will be there to assist you in every way that they can. Their work is guaranteed and any issues will be addressed immediately without uncertainty. Their capability to work with the client and still yeild quality results sets them apart from the other collision shops with glorified office fasciae. Extraordinary service 12/14/2009

New Life Automotive went above and beyond to serve me. I got estimates from two other shops and they were $1,800 and $1,900. New Life repaired my car for $1,000. They even called me and corrected and error in their estimate, reducing the charge from what they had initially charged me. These guys are trustworthy and did excellent work. They shoot straight and don't play games. I would recommend them to anyone. more

Great Customer Service Plus Great Paint & Bodywork 12/10/2009

I am the customer service manager at a Mercedes-Benz dealership so trust me when I tell you that I know what great customer service is. We use NewLife at our dealership for hundred thousand dollar cars and so when I needed to have work done on my moms Mercedes I knew who to turn to. Dan at New Life went above and beyond what I expected from an autobody shop. He worked with me and gave me the best price for the best service.
