Professional company! We hired NJ Elite Movers for our home project earlier last month and selected the full pack - move - store option. Our move consisted of packing and temporary/partial storage of items until the house was sold and the final move of everything to the new residence. The quality of service and attention to detail by our moving crew was absolutely stellar, along with a very competitive price. NJ Elite Movers moved me into my first apartment after living in a single family home for 30+ years. They packed everything carefully and efficiently--clothes, antique furniture, crystal, dishes, you name it. The 3 guys worked well together and with me--They all told me a million times that they are there to help ME.I Appreciate all of their hard work motivation and honesty.. The price was explained to me and even with the extras I added in everything was extremely reasonable. I can't recommend this company highly enough more

NJ Elite moved me last week I had a great experience. They moved my 4Bedroom house it took about 10 hours. They were very professional. I only needed to pay for the hours since i supplied them with all the materials that they needed and i had everything all packed up and ready to go for them. They were very hard working and did a fantastic job. Thank u more

I went with NJ Elite because they seemed like the most honest company the representative was great. The guys arrived late but i didn't mind since i was fully packed anyway so it gave me and my husband extra time to take care of all the packing.. so it worked out well for us. The guys were great very professional. Moved quickly and efficiently. I received a call when they were on their way and they went over the contract with me thoroughly..The guys were hardworking working without any breaks. All of my furniture arrived at my new place without any dents/damages. so that's a plus =) My husband gave out plenty of orders of where to put the furniture and how he wanted everything to be reassembled. and the guys took well to authority and did a job well done. I received the bill and had some concerns about it but i spoke to the office and the foreman explained everything to me until i understood all of the charges. Everyone was great and very patient with me. I appreciate everything that they have done for me and my husband. My foreman was JUSTIN. He was great. Thank you!!! more

Just moved 100 miles and from the very first communication until the move was complete, the people at Nj Elite were extremely professional and took the time to fulfill the needs of my move. These people work hard and fast. They don't take breaks or smoke and they are very careful with the handling of furniture and glass.I have already given out their name twice since last week. Thank you for helping us move into our first house. more

This was my 1st experience moving/ using movers. I was very nervous/ skeptical in using movers because i was worried that they would break/damage my stuff. But NO...NJ elite movers did a great job the representative on the phone assured me that they would do a good job and the guys were very respectful and professional. i am so pleased with this company ...They even quoted me a higher rate then it actually was, which saved me $200...It was amazing!!! i highly recommend them THANK YOU more

I used NJ Elite in desperation. I read alot of reviews and made my decision based on reviews so obviously I went with another moving company. My original movers never showed up I had everything packed and ready to go with two twin boys. To make a long story short I called NJ Elite and they came the same day, the price was actually less than the original company had quoted me. I must say NJ Elite did a great job and best of all saved me. Thank you Avi! more

So I scheduled a moving a week ahead. Made sure and called them the day before and then when it came to my moving time... they never showed up. so to go deep into this story: I called to ask where the driver was and they told me they will call me back after calling the driver. NEVER GOT A CALL. then after two hours later. I called several times went to voicemail. Person I talked to was Danielle Smith ( or that's what they told me... probably a lie like everything else they mention) who is apparently the daughter of the manager or the owner. Her attitude was aweful. She mocked me and made rude comments. With that she was not at all helpful. I would ask a question and come back with sassy no. JUST WITH TALKING to them was an aweful experience. I would never recommend them again. in fact, so aweful I am writing this review and going to make a note of reviewing it everywhere possible to help others out by recommending them to NOT USE THIS COMPANY. When I finally got hold of DANIELLE. She goes "" Excuse me like OH MAH GOSH. B*tch speaking."" Great.. GREAT just amazing. They were 3 hours late at this point. and then I started to read all these reviews online. damn. I was so stupid. Reading these review I was horrified with the hidden fee stories and the attitude they had as workers. REVIEW BEFORE USING ANY SERVICE. I had to cancel my moving with them. I couldn't go through with it knowning that I will get ripped on top of getting harassed by this company. I had to call another company that was willing to take me on a short notice that was MUCH cheaper and EASIER than this service. THEY ARE A FRAUD. LIARS. I WILL GIVE THEM F FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. F FOR TIMING. F FOR HIDDEN FEES. F FOR BEING DISHONEST WITH THEIR SERVICE. WASTE OF TIME. more

Overall NJ Elite Movers were great... customer service was great the representative was wonderful. The bill came out to a little extra and they were a little late but it was worth it. They packed and moved all my belongings with such care. It was a blessing to have hired them. I will definitely recommend them more

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SHADY! We were told over the phone that the absolute most we would pay was $500 so that is the amount of cash we took out. The only charges we were supposed to incur was $75/hour and one $75 fee for the flights of stairs. S0 basically $75 x 4 (because we were told it wouldn't take more than 3 hours), so it should have been $300, now I did not mind paying for 5 hours because of traveling time (we moved about 20 miles away) and putting our stuff back together. so lets say $450. When we got the bill he tried to charge us $1180 WELL OVER DOUBLE WHAT WE WERE TOLD WAS THE MAX WE WOULD PAY!!!! After arguing with sales and management at this terrible company where one woman cursed at us for over an hour, we were given a ""discount"" as they called it and paid $1030 in cash still over DOUBLE what we were told we would pay and they held our stuff hostage until we paid! AWFUL SCUMBAG COMPANY, DO NOT USE THEM! more

I have used this company before to move my daughter into her dorm room into Rutgers. We moved to a smaller home and closer to my work. I called NJ Elite to set it up. They came out and gave me an estimate. We had 4 bedrooms being moved total this time. They came out and took a look at all we had to move and gave me a good idea of what they would do as far as packing and how long it should take. Moving day they came and took care of everything. I was very pleased and they were almost right on the money with the price in the end. Great experience with them so far both times. Will use again we have others kinds to be moved out hopefully sooner than later haha!! more
