New Jersey Center For the Performing Arts or NJPAC is a great venue, and you can always be sure that the performance will be superstar caliber. The place is very professional and the demeanor is elegant. You may want to bring your own snacks though, as the crowds do tend to get a bit thick, and the only refreshments are costly pasteries. more

NJPAC 9/2/2005

The New Jersey Performing Arts Center is an AMAZING state of the art facility in a revitalized area of downtown Newark. The grounds are beautiful and the theater itself will blow you away. Everything is well lit and the parking is very close so don't worry about being downtown after dark. NJPAC has a full calendar that ranges from opera and symphony to more contemporary music. There are Broadway style shows as well as traveling productions. The quality of performances are professional and excellent. There are a number of big name stars that perform here so you will not be disappointed. more
