New Garage Door Installation

Don’t even know where to begin. First of, don’t be fooled by this company. THEY BUY THEIR GOOGLE REVIEWS. THREATEN THEIR CUSTOMERS. SPEAK IN OTHER LANGUAGES IN FRONT OF YOU SO YOU DONT UNDERSTAND WHATS GOING ON First they wanted $90 for the weekend visit. We ended up scheduling with them, but ended up finding a free estimate with someone else. They cancelled our appt and called us back and said they’d do a free estimate (trying anything they can to keep our money). So we agreed to have them come out. Adam (owner), I hope you’re reading this. -your company didn’t tell me that I had to make room to work in the garage. Basically, I had to move all my belongings in the garage, DURING A WORK DAY, WITHOUT NOTICE. -you avoided my calls all day. Told your assistant that you would return the calls, but you never called me. I’m guess I’m just annoying customer. Well here’s your 1 star review. After your ego got the best of you and told me “you’ve been calling here all day”.... but Foreal? Who do you think you are? I’m a customer, I can call as many times as I please, if I feel you are not being professional and I want to complaint to the owner, which unlucky for me, doesn’t give a dam about customers. Your technician was still out here at 7pm. Dealing with a technical issue that you and him have been trying to fix (speaking in another language) for hours. Guess what? He told me about the problem and how it couldn’t be fixed tonight. I had to call you to stop this madness... things got heated over the phone, which I still can’t believe...we’re not in Israel anymore Adam, customer service is actually a thing in the US. Anyways, I told you you weren’t getting paid the other half. You told your technician to leave all the junk, which I had to clean after he left. Shame on you dude, I have two kids under 2 y/o and you don’t know the stress you’ve put on my family tonight. BY THE WAY, your Google reviews DONT fool anyone. If anyone is reading this review, let me give you a few key indicators of their fraudulent business. 1- Please notice how most 5 star review in their Google reviews, is written by a “a Google user” which is not even a verified account. In other words, they could’ve paid anyone or they did it themselves. 2- there’s not a single 4 star review (statistically almost impossible with over 150 reviews) 3- one bad 3 star review 4- not a single 2 star review (really..?) 5- two 1 star reviews including this one ——————- I mean seriously Adam, what kind of business do you think you’re running here? You’re lucky I’m only dealing with the bank for a refund against your company, and not taking this to the policy or even the Colorado better business bureau. Don’t let this scum fool you, he knows reviews are everything and he has found a way to fool us. Not any more Adam, you’re done. By the way here’s a pic of all the junk you left me, after I paid you 1k for an overpriced door. more

My mothers door was starting to come off the track. She's had the door for years, and I am so surprised that It lasted this long. So I did her a favor, and just had the door replaced. She is elderly, and I try to make her life easy on her, so she won't have much to stress her out. I just wanted to stop by and say what a great company you guys are. The technician was very nice, and polite. He did his work, and didn't bother us at all. I really appreciate the trust worthy business. more

I later called to have them do another short project for me, something minor, just a bulb replacement outside. They were very courteous. I hope I will not have to have them again, though I would certainly call them if I needed something for my garage door. They left me a card, so I have their number when I need them. more

I couldn’t afford most companies because of the economy so when I found this company I was so glad they had great prices. A crashed into my garage a few months ago and I was panicky thinking it would cost a fortune but it didn’t and I got such great service in return. more

I would defiantly do business with them again. They have been great by giving me a great price for my new garage door with insulation. I know most companies would charge a lot more and I felt this company was very honest with me. I’m glad I went with my feelings about this one. more

I have used Garage Door Colorado Springs quite a few times on different properties and find they have fair pricing cordial staff and are quick to come to my repair needs. It is hard to find a company in Colorado springs who excels my customer service expectations and I've got to tell you Garage Door Colorado Springs has done this and more. Promptly arrived for an appointment, waited for me and didn't get angry even though I was more than half an hour late, changed out 3 garage door lifts, rollers, voluntarily switched out the keypads even though I didn't even ask them to -- recommended spring replacement later on but didn't push for it now. I'd recommend them. more

Came right away as agreed and gave good service and advice. Reasonable pricing for a long term solution to garage door problems. more
