Half these reviews are funny because this restaurant is one of the best in chicago for indian food, when i say the food , yes only the food the service is okay, the decor is okay but the food outshines. Buffet is not that great compared to other restaurants, but still taste is good. This restaurant is a fine example of dont judge the book by its cover, it looks old, buffet does not have alot of selections but the food here is great. more

Strip Mall Restaurant 6/2/2006

I've only been here once. I went here about a year ago and after that never found any reason to go back. This restaurant actually looked pretty creepy right from the start. It is located inside of a little striip mall and attracts eaters with its big lunch buffet sign and it boasts of a nice drinks menu. The buffet was very mediocre. I am a frequent Indian meal eater and this buffet had nothing to really boast about. The food was average and needed more spice and a few extra kicks. Service was just okay and the restaurant was nothing special either. I guess that's all you should expect from a little restaurant located inside of a strip mall. more
