We had the most fabulous hors d'oeuvres. The mocque choux - a mixture of corn, dried tomatoes and fresh basil was served in these little pastry cups. Everything was fresh, delicious, customized and clearly done with lots of love.\r

And the staff was just as diverse as the city. Clearly you could tell that they were all models or actors or someone. Grace and elegance were the way they handled everything. Even our grandparents were impressed.\r

Compared to every wedding I have ever attended, my fantasy is for them to do mine - when I find the bride. They are a part of our family now. We loved them. You will too!!!!!!!!!!
