I was told about this spa in Excelsior Springs - New Age Skincare Spa - and decided to try it out...You walk in and the first thing you notice is the layout which consists of tall tin-flavored ceilings, exquisite paintings and artistry, iTunes soundtracks breaking a comfortable silence...this place just in the initial walk-in had me curious about the services they provided! One of the co-owners Megan or her mother Brenda Hambrick will greet you with a beautiful smile and guide you thru their large quantity of services, product lines and treatments...but with no pressure! I grabbed some brochures and sat down in this cozy little seating area in which I was served a Mimosa and had a chance to peruse thru exactly what I wanted. Now being an athlete, I thought I was in pretty good shape and elected to get the Full Body Relaxation Massage conducted by Megan...the room was very comfortable from the lighting to the heated beds. The treatment took around an hour and let me say this: I walked out of there feeling like Silly Putty! I have never felt so relaxed where all of my muscles where in sync and free of any pain that I had going in especially in my back. I literally could not believe how good and energized I felt! The prices are worth every penny and very affordable which is good in today's economy. So, here's the dealio...They have me as a customer for life and I would encourage everyone to get a massage or take advantage of any of their services! Im going again next weekend for a teeth whitening!! YES! THEY DO THAT TOO!! Get up there and ask for Megan or Brenda!!
