After reading three of the other reviews left by obviously unsatisfied customers, I can say I completely agree with all three post to the ""T"". The two females at the front counter, ""Customer Service"" offered no help, no direction, and one literally made me wait 15 minutes to offer me any customer service while she twiddled around behind her counter with bags and organizing items. Her response after having me wait at the counter, was ""Have you been helped."" when I told her I hadn't and inquired about a curtain item, she then replied verbatim ""I don't think we have that."" not I'll ask, I'll look around and then she went back to twiddling behind her counter. I was pretty much fed up, with the 45 minute wait I had trying to find curtain equipment that I decided to checkout with a few hundred dollars worth of merchandise (way over priced). The cashier was more occupied with her personal conversation on the phone and once again I had to wait 10 minutes or so just to check out. Not once was I offered a smile, a thank you, a come again, or even any sign of gratitude from the staff. An elder gentleman behind the ammo case was the only one willing to actually show me anything, or suggest anything to me. The staff offered no knowledge on anything they sold and I suggest anyone looking for police, or security equipment that they shop online, Ranger Joe's offers fast speedy customer service with feed back. You'll find better marked prices and better results online or at Blue star (which is smaller) but the staff is way more helpful and supportive. Pros: Their is NOTHING!!! Neve's has traditionally been a good distributor for our products. They need to get more involved in the Emergency Traffic Control market segment. Their focus on fire and police uniforms should expand to include the new emerging products required by FHWA for use by First Responders. more

I wouldn't even give these guys a star. Worst COMMUNICATION, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, WORST EMPLOYEES. I placed an order roughly a month ago for our department. ""There was a hold up at the for the t shirts. We will ship it out next week."" This was a month ago. I called today to ask about the status, and they still haven't shipped it out. Then they played telephone tag, swapping me from person to person. They told me they will have it shipped out Monday morning, because Saturday is a half day. Really? I'm taking my business elsewhere next time. Worst Uniform supply company I have ever had to deal with. Pros: at least in the world there are other uniform stores Cons: EVERYTHING, seriously... more

I have never shopped anywhere and spent hundreds of dollars and been treated so poorly. The cashier for independent purchases has a horrible attitude and acts like you're a distraction. God forbid you have any questions. The prices aren't that great and you can save money buying online. I've bought duty gear there twice and I'll never go there again. I thought I'd give it a second chance, but it definitely wasn't worth it. I'd rather spend more money on something at another store or wait a week or so for something I ordered online. Pros: Not Much Cons: Staff that ignores you and doesn't know the store very well. Horrible attitude from the person you're giving your money to. Not once, but twice. more

This is one of the largest police suppliers in the state and is a pitiful excuse for a business. They lack any form of customer service and expediency. I've given this place several tries and they have never come through. They do not stock equipment in logical proportions nor do they make up for it with fast ordering and delivery. Just today I received a call that a cuff case I ordered 43 days ago was in. They just called up like it was no bid deal. They stock hundreds of under belts but only one or two holsters from Safariland - one of the most popular holsters in the world. Bottom line: Don't expect much when you go - and go only when you have to. more
