NEVER LEFT A REVIEW FOR ANYTHING EVER BEFORE, BUT I AM SO LIVID ABOUT AN AGENT THIS REALTY EMPLOYS HOPEFULLY HE WAS FIRED I WANT TO MAKE SURE NO ONE EVER HIRES THIS GUY GERARD O LEARY I SEE SOMEONE HAS BEAT ME TO THE REVIEW. I SAW GERARD SHOW A GREYHAIRED MIDDLE AGED MAN THE PROPERTY IN MY COMMUNITY SOMETIME DURING THE WEEK BEFORE THANKSGIVING 2010 THEN I SAW THE OWNER OF THE HOME THAT SUNDAY AND HE SAID HIS REALTOR FOUND HIM TENANTS FOR CLOSE TO 2000/MONTH. FROM DAY 1 THESE PEOPLE HAVE HARASSED US ALL THREATENED OUR CONTRACTORS FOUGHT BETWEEN THEMSELVES AND THE LIST GOES ON AND ON. POLICE HAVE BEEN CALLED TO THE HOUSE OVER 20 TIMES IN 2011 ALONE. BOTH GERARD AND THE HOMEOWNER HE WORKED FOR ARE TWO OF THE GREEDIEST BOTTOMFEEDING SCUMBAGS I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS.PLEASE DO NOT EVER HIRE GERARD O'LEARY HE IS SHADY AND APPARENTLY HE SOCIALIZES WITH CRIMINALS BECAUSE THATS WHO THEY ARE, CRIMINALS WHO ROBBED AN 83 YEAR-OLD WOMAN AND TWO OF THEM ARE PILL POPPING DRUG ADDICTS. don't know about the rest of the agents here, but DO NOT hire Gerard O'Leary!!!! 1. He has 0 professionalism, he shows the house to his clients wearing an outfit fit for a Guns'n'Roses concert circa 1990. 2. He shows no respect and conisideration for the rest of the community, parked his car in other people's spots and driveways, meanwhile, it leaked antifreeze everywhere, and he never even apologized for it!!! We have pets in our neighborhood, very inconsiderate. 3. Most important reason not to work with this ""agent"", he sees a community of town houses, he sees it is very family-oriented with small children, he rents out the home to criminals who have been harassing all of us since they moved here with threats, garbage, and noise.I understand it may not be your brokers policy to background screen tenants, but sometimes you have to use your morals, brain, and discretion not to endanger innocent children. This man should have his license revoked for what he did to our families! more
