I love my laptop but Im always unsure about what to do when something goes wrong since im not so computer literate. I went to Nerds Next Door and they fixed my keyboard but then I went to the microsoft store and they said they would've been able to fix it for free if I went to them first. NND has decent prices but I think I'll just go to the microsoft store from now on first. more

Three Years Straight 3/22/2011

I've been using Nerds Next Door for three years straight. They are one of the best computer repair companies in Atlanta. They come out quickly, they don't charge too much. They take care of my family and business parters. I keep meaning to leave them a review, and I'm finally getting around to it. They are our businesses support team and will remain so for the forseeable future. Awesome Atlanta computer repair service for small businesses. I love how when they come out they do more than asked and don't try to pad the clock. Call them you'll be happy you did so. more

Best Computer Repair Shop In Atlanta 3/16/2011

When your computer goes down you need someone who can take care of it like yesterday. I called these guys and they had someone out in 45 minutes. It cost less than a $100 and I was back in business. what more can you ask for? more

Very professional, I'm impressed 3/11/2011

I actually did a Google search to find an alternative to the Geek Squad because I had heard some negative commentary on them and I came across Nerds Next Door and it seemed to fit my needs. Ive been very pleased with the service and your service representative David. Its exactly what I had hoped for and expected. It confirmed what I thought was wrong with my computer. The service was quick and efficient. I have nothing but good things to say for the experience. So Thanks. more

Great job 3/6/2011

I just had some work done with Nerds Next Door. They did a fantastic job, they got two pieces of equipment working for me that I've been struggling with now for weeks if not months. They did a great, great job. more
