Awesome service! 10/21/2009

After my kids got on my laptop I use for work, I couldn't get online. I had popups that covered the screen. So I called the geeks first because I didnt know where else to call and they wanted to keep it indefinately and don't get me started on what they charge. it was ridiculous! But she saved my files and cleaned it up without charging me out the roof. What really made this business stand out enough to write this though, was that when i picked it up she actually SHOWED me what to do to keep it clean. They were so friendly and helpful. I recommend the Nerd Girl to anyone needing computer work. Pros: Super fast turnaround more

Less than Satisfactory 7/22/2009

I don't recommend this business. She had my computer longer than 1 week, when she promised to have it in 1 week. She didn't fix the problem, and she charged me $136 to back up the hard drive, when she initially told me that it would be $75. Pros: The drawing on the building looks good. Cons: Rip Off more
