Great price and service, what can I say! more

I had heard Nemet was a huge dealership with a lot of cars/brands. I wasnt really sure what I was looking for, I was just looking. But once I had an idea I knew I was going to buy it from nemet. While I was just browsing around getting ideas the salesman on the floor offered his assistance, even when I told him I wasn’t sure he just joked 'who is' Then proceeded to tell me about each model I showed interest in. He was very helpful and was a major factor in my decision to buy a Volvo. It's the perfect car for me and my lifestyle and that's what I need. The sale was smooth and easy, no trickery, no Bul**** and I left with my car that day. Great experience, great dealership and great staff. I highly recommend them. \r \r more

I went to nemet because I heard they had a huge selection, which is exactly what I needed. I buy used cars, always have. I don't see the point in buying new cars, but usually dealerships have very few 'good' used ones to choose from. I've been ripped off many times in the past so I was a bit jaded when I went to nemet. I had been through the process over a half a dozen times and I knew what to expect from car dealerships and I wasn't about to get taken advantage of (again). So I told them flat out I didn't want any surprises and they didn't even try, not once to pressure me into anything or play any of the usual games dealerships tend to play. They staff was friendly and knowledgeable, they showed me cars I could afford and they had tons! I was able to choose from more than 20 different cars, it was unreal. Usually I go to a dealership and there are maybe 4 cars at most that are in my price range and they are usually less than desirable. This was nothing like any other time. I purchased a 08' Hyundai Sonata and I am very pleased with it and the dealership. I will return for my next car for sure! more

Last year I got a car from them (09' Pathfinder) which went as well as could be expected. It was an easy enough process and they recommended I return to them for service so when I needed to get it done I decided to go back. The guys in the service department were honest and fair with me. My car was done within the time frame they estimated and there was no 'extra' fees or added on work that needed to be done. It was just done and I haven't had any more issues since. Simple as that. more

Agreed a price to buy a new vehicle. When we went to finalize paperwork they added extra bogus charges, they then added an extra 2.5% to the interest rate... After I confronted the manager he stated ""how else can I make money on the deal"".. KEEP AWAY, THESE ARE REAL SCAM ARTISTS, AND PROUD OF IT.. Cons: Dishonest... Dishonest.. Dishonest.. I leased My New 2011 Hyundai Sonata there and my experience was one of the best. i have bouhgt pleanty of car in the past and i have never Felt so welcomed and at home. and to me that make it all worth wild. plus my car was clean ready and with a full tank of gas. what made me even more happy was that they gave me a first Aid kit and that made me very happy. I went to this dealership to buy a Hyundai Elantra. I met with a salesman named Shaq. I presented him with an ad from another Hyundai location, and asked him if they could meet the price. He showed the ad to his manager, who told me they could not. However, Shaq motioned me over to his desk to discuss ""what he could do for me"" (perhaps I should have left at this point!). He presented prices, discounts, and he even told me how much he would give me for my old car. I asked him to put the figures in writing, and he did. I was happy with the price that we agreed on, so when he asked me to sign a Price Worksheet and complete a Credit Application, I did it. He even took my credit card, so that I could leave a deposit for the car. We agreed that I would come back on Friday morning, and pending a loan agreement, I would take the car. I left there feeling very happy, that I was getting the car I wanted at a good price.\r \r Ten minutes after I left his dealership, I noticed a voice mail message on my phone. When I listened to it, I heard Shaq's voice telling me that he presented the numbers to his manager, who told him they were unacceptable. He said we could not make a deal. When I called him back, I asked him why he didn't speak to the manager before we filled out all the paperwork, and before I left the dealership. He said that he wanted to sell me a car, and he thought the difference would be made up in the loan agreement (say what?).\r \r After hearing this, I decided to go back to the dealership to confront him. I spoke with his manager, who told me that he told Shaq ""right off the bat"" the price in the ad he was shown was too low. I then asked Shaq why he wasted my time, having me agree to a price, filling out forms, telling me to come back on Friday to pick up the car,etc. All he said was,""These things happen"". No apology...no nothing. There was even another manager there, who blamed me for the whole thing.\r \r Stay away from this dealership. And if you do go, do NOT do business with a salesman named Shaq. He gives a ""bad name"" to car salesmen...as if they didn't have a bad reputation to begin with.\r \r \r \r more

Nemet Motors is first class. At Nemet they made it easy to buy a car. I bought the car I wanted at a great price and the sales staff was very helpful. They made me feel like family. The very next week after buying a car I sent my friend to buy a car and they paid my monthly payment. I will always buy my cars from Nemet... Pros: great staff honest and friendly Cons: nemet is so good i want to keep buying cars more
