I was helping my father in his move planning but I had a problem at work, so it was necessary to hire guys from a company. Your representative was very kind on the phone and the cost for the type of service we requested was good. My father is happy because of the great workers you sent home, the guys did a great job and there was not any complication or damage to report. I work with the Museum of Fine Arts of Boston; recently I needed to change the collection that was exhibited and I needed to wrap and store the items in a warehouse nearby. My biggest concern was to get professional helpers who could compromise on keeping the objects in perfect condition, because these collectibles are exclusive pieces made by artists and it would be catastrophic if something gets damaged. I found Neighbors Moving and Storage and these guys guaranteed to me a safe transportation and quality control on the move, so I took the service and it was a very relaxed process, Matt and his helpers worked with extreme care and nothing got smashed. My father is a chef; he was hired by a restaurant in Boston and we lived in Cambridge, so he thought that it would be the best for the family to move; it was hard for me because I was used to my friends and my job, but moving to a bigger city was a good idea too. I helped my parents to pack and wrap, I called your company to get professional assistance and your helpers were very punctual and responsible. All the boxes and packages were handled cautiously and my mother and father didn´t spend too much money. Congrats! more

I am a very traditional housewife; this means that I have plenty of fine china and porcelains to decorate my living room; I also have a collection of crystal cups that my grandson Joseph gave to me last Christmas. Two months ago we moved from Boston to Lowell and my biggest concern was to keep these fine objects intact in the moving. I wrapped them with lots of plastic sheets but I was still worried about the possible damages when placing the boxes in the truck. However, your crew gave me the confidence to let my valuable possessions on their hands, they promised to be extremely careful with my fragile stuff and they did it very well. I unpacked my boxes and everything was perfect. Thank you very much for giving such a great service! more

This was my first move since I had my baby and also the first time I worked with a moving company. My husband and I decided to hire some help, especially for packing and it was money well spent. We just had to tell them what to pack and supervise everything was ok, and they took care of the rest. My suggestion for any family with babies is to hire a moving company, it is such a great help! more

I used their storage facilities because a friend of mine recommended them to me. I'm very thankful because I had no other solution. They were spacious, clean and temperature controlled. There was no damage done to any of my belongings. more

Good company. They were kind and friendly and that really sealed the deal for me. They accommodated to my requirements and were punctual. The movers that showed up were very experienced and so they were careful but at the same time very fast. I don't plan to move for now, but next time I do I will hire them again and I recommended them for sure. more

I moved to Boston to study at the University and it was the first time I left home. Even though I was excited, I was worried to face the move on my own. Well, when they picked up my stuff, I was with my parents, but they couldn’t travel to Boston so I had to receive the truck myself. I was so relieved they arrived on the specified day, and didn’t bring any bad news. The guys even helped me to put the furniture in the right place. I can say they are world class movers. I had told them to be extra careful with the walls when taking the stuff out of the apartment because the landlord was insanely picky. It was unbelievable how careful they were and not only in the pick-up but in the delivery as well. It’s nice to feel they care about your belongings as much as you do. more

I will recommend these movers to anyone who asks, at least in MA. I’ve had to move around the state a lot during the past three years because of an investigation I’m working on. First time I got a hold of neighbors moving and storage it was because a co-worker had hired them and told me it was a reliable moving company. Since then I’ve been moving only with them. Prices are average, not so cheap but not expensive either, they normally arrive within the time agreed, they are very professional and work with enthusiasm. As I knew about them through a former user of their service, I thought it was a good idea to pay it forward. more

Neighbors Moving & Storage gave me a quote over the phone just after a talk and an e-mail with my inventory and now after the move is finished I can say that they kept their quote, and honored our agreement. The movers were really nice, worked fast and took care of fragile items, as well as heavier stuff. It was a seamless move, and for a reasonable price. I just had a satisfactory experience with this moving company. more

Not only money. This company apart from all others who are just interested in making money and getting as much as they can out of each of their clients, really are interested in posting a smile in their customers faces and satisfying them. I can say that I am still smiling, what this moving company did for me is just admirable they didn’t just do the move they took it personally and did their best job in making me a happy client. more

My move was as smooth and seamless as you can wish for they came in early and fully prepared, it was really a joy to talk to them and to work with them. They were careful with fragile items, they did a great job at all times. I was happy with my final bill and was happy to tip them because they did a wonderful job. more
