Negoshian Towing came to my rescue! The driver was so nice and answered all my questions easily and clearly. He was thorough with my car and just made me feel loads better about my accident. I recommend Negoshian! more

This business is terrible. I cannot say enough awful things about this company. Phone calls were never returned. Employees were rude. Repairs were made without quoting fees and without permission. Messages were not passed from one employee from another. Every problem was your fault, etc, etc, etc. Never use them and if you are forced to use them, get your car out as soon as possible. more

Terrible service! A state trooper called to have my car towed to this dreadful place. I called Negoshian to get the fees and what i needed to present to them to get my car out. The gentleman on the phone said ""It's not my issue your car is in here, you figure out what you need and get it"" I politely tried to tell the gentleman (if you can even call him that) what happened and he said ""i don't care and you're wasting my time"" and then hung up on me. I am assuming the man who owns this business bullys everyone that crosses his path, apprently running a tow station and ruining the days of people just trying to retreive their automobile and belongings back is what makes this man happy in life. NEVER use this place, they will charge you an outrageous fee and if they don't like your attitude will charge you even more, which is illegal! more

Aggressively nasty, corrupt. (I agree with the guy who called the owner a ""simian."") Horrible owner who will treat you cruelly and punitively for no reason I can see except that he likes to bully people (including his staff, for whom I feel sorry). I will never go there again. It's better to drive further for decent human beings. more

My car was towed and the State Police advised me to call Negoshian, so I did. The owner, this big fat simian, when I asked politely if they had my car he said ""Why would we have it?"". I told him that the State Police had me call him and then he said they did have it and hung up. When I went there he charged me $130 even though he was changing $110 to other people, when I asked him about the price difference he said ""because I say so"". When I wanted to pay he wouldn't accept cards, even though many other people there were paying with cards. He said ""cash only"". I asked him why and he went ""because I say so"", then added ""The State Police ask for cash"". I got cash at the ATM, went back and asked for a receipt, the receipt did show $110, I asked again about the price change and he did not respond and said it was $130. I hope he reads this, but I don't think he can read nor think, his brain is full of boogers. People who give 5 stars to this place probably dealt with courteous employees but not with the big ape, who does not deserve business from anyone. PLEASE do not call Negoshian ever. more

Wow! I had heard that they were Awesome (and they were)! I just totaled my car and OMG, they were there in a flash, they were so wonderful to me, and my children...They took care of everything.....I don't know what those other people were talking about.....The nicest company ever.....Every company should be like this.... more

Negosian's Towing was my savior! A few months ago after returning from the theatre on Huntington Avenue, Boston, I returned to my car. The battery was dead. It was 10:30 at night......I knew my lights were ""on"" when I left the car, but thought ithe lights were, as always, on ""auto"". Not this time! My sleeve must have hit to lever putting it back to manual. I buy my gas do inspection at Negosian's and called them directly, however, they do not ""know me"". I was told they would be there in about 1/2 hour. Seventeen minutes later I was recued!! more

When driving to work this morning, I was behind one of their tow-trucks. The driver threw a plastic juice bottle right out of the window! Littering is not only a pet peeve of mine, it's illegal! I called to tell the manager/owner about this. He said it was unacceptable and that he would speak to the employee. I have to say though...if my employees were driving around with my name on the vehicles, I'd be sure as hell to make sure they know they represent me everywhere they go and ensure they behave accordingly. -10 stars for being unkind to the Earth +3 starts for at least seeming to take me seriously on the phone more

I could not find a word in the english language that could do this company fair justice. UNprofessional, lousy, rude, just all around bad attitude. Dangerous animals wallow in the head quarters, ignored by staff, unhelpful. I did my research on this company and found out they are contracted with state and city law enforcement agencies, which must be a mistake, if this horrible towing company represents these fine state officials. I would advise people to avoid accidents and roadside assistance in the areas this company is assigned to. I would also like to know who in a sane mind would give this place 5 stars when every other encounter I am sure would rate zero, had to and did rate 1. i crashed into a jersey barrier rite before the weston tolls on 90E from 128N.. Al got there within 15 mins b4 the statie.. This was my first accident n Al was WICKED patient with me.. decided where to be towed.. to being stuck in traffic on 128S on a Friday night/ Sat morning in a tow truck with my car messed up behind it.. The state police called them to tow my car. My boyfriend was on his way to jump my car. The police wouldnt let me. The guys were so rude and charged me an outrageous amount for a service the police made me use!! They were all smoking near the gas tanks swearing at me and the each other. Hertz dispatched a Negoshian tow truck to free my rental car from snow behind my garage, telling me there would be no additional charge for labor. They got the car unstuck, but in the process the driver backed his truck into my garage, causing damage. When freed, the vehicle was no longer aligned properly. The driver left claiming Hertz would cover the charge. Two weeks after returning the car, Hertz charged my credit card $250, claiming it was authorized for the tow. I promptly had my bank reverse the charge, which they did, but Negoshian still has not sent anyone to appraise the damage to the garage. They expect to have someone out in two months and were not apologetic or cooperative. If they do not make it right I will take them to small claims court. Negoshian AND Hertz both hung me out to dry. Birds of a feather flock together. My advice: avoid both of them like herpes. Cons: Damaged my garage, added $250 to the bill more

I am trying to pay for a service and storage. I talkto Ed who has zero customer service skills and zero people skillls. I ask what the bill is as of right now, for me to come pick up the car. He says when are you coming. I said I am not sure until I get the total rate that I need to pay. He said there is storage per day. I said fine what is the payment if I pick it up tomorrow. He says are you coming tomorrow. I said not sure until I get the total payout due. I said for argument state lets say I am coming tomorrow. He said are you. I said yes tomorrow. Then he says that I will have to call back tomorrow and get the rate from someone else. vender was very rude with me on the phone all iwas asking for is a copy of the invoice they (ed) got mad hung up on me then added an extra $50.00 to my overall bill because they where called out by the police and not by me (was stuck on side of road ) they think they can treat you the way they want to i think if they knew i had a fleet of over 1,000 trucks they would have treated me diffrently thinking they could get buisness in the future as of right now the only way they will get my buisness is (not by choice) if the police need to have a driver towed off the highway again i would not and defintly will not ever use them or recomend them to any one very unprofessional people more

I recently got in an accident on Route 9 in Newton and Negoshian Towing was there to tow my car away. I had assumed my car was totaled (which it turned out to be) and had a conversation with a guy who gave me a card of a place in Norwood not recommended by my insurance and suggested I take it there for body work. That was the extent of it, I took his card, but assumed my car was totaled so I never authorized work being done to it and wanted it kept at Negoshian until the appraiser looked at it.
