My 84-year-old mother was charged $700 for a simple job to replace a leaking shut-off valve that was repaired with a $10 part and took 1/2 an hour. Since the estimate was so high she didn't know the repair was so simple. Because she signed the estimate, Neerings told us there was no recourse for the outrageous charge. more

Kurry Turner came to fix our AC today. He was was very well informed and prepared and knew what the problem was right away. The AC was fixed in a matter of minutes then he humored me by waiting for me to make sure the AC was going to work. We bought the maintenance program after Kurry thoroughly explained all that it offers. He left no doubt in my mind how important maintenance is. I highly recommend Neerings and Kurry Turner. more
