Helpful, personable, and patient. 7/28/2009

This is the 2nd time that I have used this company. My calls were returned promptly even on a Sunday. Both technicians that came to the house were patient, informative, and personable. I highly recommend this company . Pros: Will come to home and take time to answer questions . Cons: None at this writing more

Professional, affordable PC repair 5/28/2009

Charlie was great! He quickly diagnosed the problem(s), corrected them and then did some ""tweaking"" in order to run at maximum effiency. Charlie also confirmed that I was doing a lot of things right and also suggested some additional things I should be doing to maintain a healthy PC. I feel like he gave my PC a new lease on life. Helpful service for computer problems 3/19/2009

First of all it was great to have them service in my home and then due to having viruses requiring extra time, I had the option of them taking it offsite to save $$. they made it like new without losing any of my data and installed a better security protection which is better than the Norton 360 I had. The ""nerd"" I had was very professional in appearance and in his knowledge and I would recommend ""Need A Nerd"" to anyone and I disregard the negative comments previously posted on this site because it can't be correct since ""Need A Nerd Computer Svc Inc"" doesn't even have a franchise to report to. I will definitely call on these guys again! :-) Pros: Very knowledgeable, fast, economical & comes to your home Cons: any severe damage/viruses may require 2-3 days w/out computr more

Excellent Knowledge Level and Service 3/18/2009

I've used these people for 10 years both in my business and in my home. They've been prompt, knowledgeable, thorough, reasonably priced, clean and courteous. They've helped me not only create my network but advised me on the software I needed. A few years ago they got into home theater installation and helped me there also. The Nerd even helped me pick the right system for me which turned out to be the least expensive. I recommended them to my neighbors who've used them for years for their businesses and homes and continue to do so. Pros: Returns phone calls promptly Cons: Won't sell me the business. more
