Excellent service. I couldn't be happier. Pros: Affordable, on time, accurate estimate, professional, excellent work and easy to work with. Cons: None. Nick and his assistant Gary had their work cut out for them. My carpets were a 10 on a scale of 1-10 in dirt. It didn't even phase them. Nick said ""No problem! It's what we do!"" and he was right. They didn't stop from the minute they walked in the door. Ever inch of carpet, every stain, every nook and cranny was cleaned with attention to detail and professionalism. My carpets look SO much better. I will use Neat Nix again and highly recommend them. It's not often that you get this level of service at any price. more

Incredible Job, Speedy and Affordable 11/14/2011

It is amazing what you get for the price with Neat Nix. My carpet looks fantastic. I was so impressed with Nick's professionalism, friendliness and efficiency. He and his colleague got there on time, went over the quote with me and then were finished in an hour. I could not be more thrilled with the carpet cleaning! My new house now feels like a home! Excellent Service Great Price 4/25/2011

I just bought a house and wanted the carpets cleaned before I move in. After researching for a while I decided to call Nick and I am glad i did. He gave me a quote over the phone and then the final bill was lower than the quote. He is a very friendly guy and he did an excellent job ... the carpet looks brand new. I will definitely recommend him. I usually like to get the carpets cleaned annually due to my allergies and I will call this guy for sure next spring. more

Nick arrived on time, was courteous and friendly, gave me a quote before he started working, and then got our carpets looking like new! He worked quickly and carefully and we are very happy with the results. Will definitely be calling Neat Nix next time our carpets need cleaning. more

Excellent Work 2/9/2011

We have an adorable, slobbery Saint Bernard, so we needed a serious carpet cleaner. Our past cleaning experiences left us underwhelmed, but I am happy to report that Neat Nix surpassed our expectations. Our carpets look like new. Nick was thorough, prompt, and reasonably priced. We're very pleased and will certainly be calling him again. more

Great ""Mom and Pop"" Team 2/4/2011

I had been dissatisfied with the service from the carpet cleaning company that we had used in the past and I found Neat Nix through these reviews and decided to give them a try. Nick's service lives up to these reviews. He was prompt, friendly and did a thorough job cleaning. The best part was that he was more reasonable than the larger company I had been using. With Neat Nix, you know that the owner himself will be doing the work. My problem with the old company was that you never knew who you would get and how thorough they would be. Nick's wife, Mary Beth joined him to help. Both are very professional and felt very comfortable having them both in my home. I would highly recommend them. more

Professional / Class Act 12/16/2010

Nick provided an estimate over the phone, and beat it! He arrived on time, and presented himself as the professional that he is. Nick placed two carpets on the front stoop, so as not to track debris in, and had little corner protectors for the walls to prevent wear marks from the hose (nice touch). The job was completed rapidly, but thoroughly; and he even raked out the carpet when he was done cleaning it. Nick then provided me with little plastic slippers, so I could walk on the rug as it was drying, and not get it dirty in the process. Nick did a great job, was professional in every manner, and personable while he was in our home. I would recommend Neat Nix to anyone. I'm not going to lose this business card! more

Professional + Courteous Service 11/29/2010

The carpets were so clean & so fresh after Nick left, I was inclined to sleep on it that night. Our microfiber couch is brand new again. And our rugs don't smell like dog. Their quality service was to be expected after reading consistent positive reviews on here. Their price was reasonable. They were very friendly and polite. It was just a pleasant experience overall. Would definitely recommend them in a heartbeat. more

I had my entire condo cleaned by Neat Nix recently, and they did a fantastic job. The carpets looked new again, and all stains were removed. Nick was professional in every way. Glad I Went with Neat Nix 8/23/2010

My experience with Nick was positive in every way. I had him come clean a couch I inherited -- good condition but with dog hair, daily wear and stains from the previous owner. Nick was professional, quick and did an amazing job cleaning the sofa. His price was very reasonable. Now, I have no worries having my 10 month old crawl on and cruise along the couch. This was one of the best experiences I have had with a carpet cleaning company! Nick was professional, on-time and courteous. I had several stains on my carpet from my dog and Nick was able to get them out! The carpets look brand new and the house smells great! I will absolutely be calling Nick in the future for any of my carpet cleaning needs! more

These guys were great. They came on time and did a great job with a variety of area rugs that I have, and some furniture too. They were respectful and explained what they were doing. I liked that I got a bid up front before they started the work. I would do business with them again. I did not price out other vendors, so I don't know how they compare price-wise, but I appreciated the 20% discount for a first-time customer. Pros: ""green"" more

One day I saw Nick's truck with its distinctive graphics on the road. Looked up the business and read reviews on the web. We called Nick to get an estimate and he came by that afternoon. The price was good so we scheduled. They arrived on time. Their equipment was is very good repair, clean and organized. The job was completed quickly and quietly and there was no smell left from the cleaning materials. We recommend them to a neighbor who has already scheduled.
