Hmmm, where to begin. We have lived in this park on two occasions. This time is much better, but that would be due to the new management. Maryann is fantastic and has been there take care of any problem we mentioned. Much different from when Shirley was in charge. Nothing got done, and if it did it was half-assed and broke again within a month, always trying to mind your business for you, and a bully to those who would allow it. My wife and I are NOT those people. And let's not forget her stoolies like Fay who went running to her if something upset them. And FORGET ever getting your security deposit back. The excuse would always start off with, "Well Joan said.....", as soon as you heard that, you knew your deposit was gone. Great now tho. She has no more say, so she'll try calling Greenleaf on you. Not to worry tho, sources told me they're on to her and not to worry. So yes, I give Near Lake 4 stars thanks to Maryann and the GREAT job she has done since taking over.

So here was a nice surprise, we moved from one unit to another, and low and behold, WE GOT OUR DEPOSIT BACK!!!
First time this has EVER happened for us as weve lived in this park twice in the past 8 years. I bet that went up Shirley's ass sideways, as I'm sure she had to hand over the funds to Greenleaf. Thanks again Maryann, keep doing what you're doing!!!
