They showed up when they said they would, worked efficiently and did a great job. Neal's Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning also seemed very knowledgeable and told me things about the carpet that I didn`t even know! more

Very courteous and professional when picking up and delivering my rug. My oriental rug was cleaned and repaired perfectly....the edge looks brand new. Pricing is reasonable for the high quality of service provided. Highly recommend Neal's Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning and I will use again! more

\r My carpets are almost 10 years old, but after being cleaned, \r they looked and smelled like new. Your company was able to remove\r pet stains and odors left behind from two dogs. The chemicals \r used did not have an overwhelming smell and was safe for my \r children and dogs. The service was professional from start to finish.\r Not only did the technician take care in the appearance and cleanliness \r of my carpet, but he also took great care in protecting my walls and \r doorways during the cleaning. more

We appreciate the efficient, quality care that the team provides. The people are responsive and friendly, making sure to make us aware of what we can do to maintain our carpets for the long haul. Our carpets are 5 years old and receive a good deal of traffic, but they look brand new to us!\r more

Neal's Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning did an outstanding job on our carpet! It looks sooo much better that we take our shoes off when we come into our home. Our carpet is light in color and showed dark foot trails where we walked. Now they are gone! We would not hesitate to call him again and we highly recommend him.
