Sean installed our furnace in August 2018. We found him to be a very hard worker and felt like he went above and beyond. The installation was tricky as it was in a small closet type area and he had to custom build some of the furnace. We also had an air conditioner and hot water tank along with a drain installed. Sean was very customer oriented. He worked for perfection. There were several mistakes from the company, like wrong size furnace was delivered, the wrong base was sent, but he handled it with ease and knew calmly how to handle all situations. We were impressed with his work ethic and strong customer satisfaction. more

Air blower duct 12/11/2018

Technician (Jeffrey) responded in less than an hour of my call, reviewed the furnace area and diagnosed the problem. He quickly determined the cause of the air flow blockage and also noticed a disconnected duct pipe, not part of the original problem. He rectified the situation and reattached the duct pipe as well. A quick and satisfactory result. He was observant and knowledgeable. Very satisfied with results. more

Furnace 12/6/2018

Ron V was the service technician who replace our circuit board in our furnace. He did an excellent job, was very professional, and was at ease answering all our questions. We will be asking for him in the future for the annual maintenance on both our air conditioner and furnace. more

Ron Vohs has come to my house a couple of times, for the winter furnace service, and to fix some problems with my air conditioning unit. He is very professional, and very pleasant, and absolutely focused like a laser on customer satisfaction, and not just on trying to sell me a new system, like some of your other service people.
