Jake was right on time and helped us with good advice picking out a new faucet. He was very efficient, did a great job replacing the bathroom faucet. We felt very comfortable with him and he answered all our questions. Was neat and left a clean work area. We would ask for him again. more

Chris came out today to do our annual maintenance on our air conditioner. He was polite and professional, and worked efficiently. He clearly explained what he was doing, and offered recommendations on how we might improve our air quality and prolong the life of our air compressor. He answered my questions clearly and patiently. more

Neak Harris Heating and Cooling 6/22/2017

We have used Neal Harris for at least 5 years for our maintenance. We have been happy with service in the past and the young man who performed the maintenance (Chris H.) was the best so far. He did a thorough job cleaning the AC unit and checking the heating unit. Don't know if Neal Harris allows you to request a certain technician but I will try to have the same person out again next time. more

Justin was out here earlier today and when I told him of the sleeping child, he said he wouldn't even use his power drill! he did the entire maintenance without his drill and used hand tools. Great work from Justin more

Air Conditioner repair 6/4/2017

Corey called me to let me know what time he would arrive, he was a little early for my scheduled time which was perfect for me. Corey was very professional and clean. He explained everything to me and gave me advice for future issues, told me I may have additional issues in the future. I appreciate his honesty. Corey knows his profession. I could not be more pleased with my service call. more
