Do not waste your time or money going to NCCRM. The staff are not qualified for the jobs they are doing. Carla who calls herself a nurse is NOT a nurse. She is not even a medical assistant or an ultrasound tech. Yet she is giving shot and doing ultrasounds. How does she know what she is looking at is right. Both of the so called "nurses" are lazy. Clinic is supposed to start at 8:00. They come rolling in at 8:15 to 8:30. You get put in a room and told to undress waist down, then have to wait another 10-15 minutes for them to actually come do the ultrasound. Folita is lazy and will not call you back and is very unorganized. Brenda at the front desk is rude. She will be talking on the phone to patients so loud that you can hear out the door. She will also bang the phone on the desk while on it with patients if she thinks they are taking to long or asking to many questions. Barbara in financial with talk to you at the front desk about your finances instead of taking you to a private room. Noone cares about HIPPA in that office. Dr Toma is a joke. He is rude, condescending and basically an a**hole. He will make you wait well over an hour to be seen, when you can clearly hear him on his cell phone in the hallway. Then when he does come in he only spends a rushed 5-10 mins tops with you. You are only a $$$ to him. He will push all these vitamins and "experimental" procedures on you to get more money out of you. All he cares about is the money. He is very straight forward and to the point which is fine, I don't mind that. What I mind is him not taking the time to actually see me as a patient and not a dollar sign. He is rude to his staff and does not care about the reputation of his office. Go ANYWHERE else, even if you have to pay a little more. Because with this place you get what you pay for. more

I had my tubal reversal with NCCRM on March 14, 2019. From the application process to the surgery follow up everything went perfectly. Dr. Toma is an incredible doctor and his staff none less than amazing. I would recommend NCCRM to anyone. Great staff and reasonable prices. more

Don't let the webpage and lobby fool you, the operating room and recovery room are nasty. I went here for a tubal reversal in 2015, paid cash, waited all day for the procedure and was treated like an animal for the meat industry. The surgery did not work. I was in severe pain for over a month after. I expected to go back to work after 3 weeks, it took six. I had my cycle during the surgery and didn't stop bleeding heavily for 30 days. Finally it stopped and the next week I was on my cycle again. After 5 months I had a dye test and the one tube they left me with is no good. I should have saved my money and just used ivf elsewhere. If you care about your body do not go here. The whole process once the money is collected is depressing. Now I've suffered a prolapse uterus and my doctor says it's because of the TR surgery. He said when they pulled my uterus out, it was not put back in its position properly and not secured back to the connective tissue. more

Wanted to share my experience I had at the clinic who did my tubal reversal. When I went to nccrm in Cary North Carolina doctor toma was very rude and pushy and didn't even take the time to answer any of my question or concerns after the surgery they were in a hurry to get me out of there office and the nurses were very rude and the front desk didn't do a follow up on how I was even if I was out of state patient when you call them and leave a message for a nurse they never return your calls and I wrote them a 1 star review on my experience and went I went back down after 6 months to have a hsg they said they only did shg and lied said they were doing a hsg they had the nurse Carla did the shg who was very rough and disrespectful and when we saw the doctor that after noon his first words were over my 1 star review I left them and said I'll do a free iui if you fixed your review to a 5 star review I was very offended because the way his staff and him treated me so disrespectful even made fun of my disability and the way I talked he cared more about his ratings then he does his patients I asked for medical records the same day and they gave me someone else's records so went back to the front desk and let them know and they were very rude and I had to wait another 2 hours after that I ended up switching clinics to shady grove in Leesburg va which is closer to west Virginia where I live and had a so much better experience and still after the fact I told nccrm I no longer want to go there I've been harassed and threatened by them and even had another patient of there's attack me if my review I left and contacted the office manger over all this and she laughed and called me stupid I'm sharing this experience because I don't want anyone else to go though this and be treated differently or disrespected by a clinic like nccrm did to me. My new clinic went over my medical records and they were a mess and the doctor at shady grove started fresh and did all the blood work and seamen sample and hsg his staff was very professional and went out of his way I found out if nccrm did everything like they should did we would of known the truth but nccrm lied so many times even on the medical records and shady grove told us the truth and after us trying for a while we are finally pregnant thanks to ... I don't want to see anyone of you ladies going for a tubal reversal to go threw what I went threw at nccrm more

The OR is very dirty,blood from previous patient on floor that was not cleaned. The room to recover in is disgusting with dirty chairs,and dust all over floor. Been trying fpr over a year with 10 cm length tubes. Doctor was very arrogant and didnt care about his patient only about receiving money.This place should be out of business and not allowed to practice!spoke to many people who had false records from their tubal reversal surgery as well. more

They have me in tears after the way I was treated by the nurses and been told I have no hope on ever becoming pregnant even though the tubal reversal was successful and no infertility issuer it's bad when a place who does these surgery and the doctors have no clue on how clients get treated like ... from staff and hope there all happy with the negative they do toward people who trying to get pregnant unsuccessful and they have them crying in tears more

They tre aged with like crap and Carla told us multiple stories and called me stupid I regret ever coming here nobody wants to answer or questions and everyone been rude it's to the point I want to give up they made this whole experience a nightmare more

They never answer the phone. The stuff is horrible. Drs are nice, one nurse is very friendly (folita) the other nurse (karla) is rude and have no idea what she is doing. Drs and prices are good the nurse is the problem. more

Not a good experience. No respect for time, appointment at 11 not seen until 12:30, on numerous occasions. Doing my final (third) transfer ( Id move my embryos if I could) and never coming back . more

I had tubal reversal 2013 with Dr mulvaney it was on a sat after surgery I never saw the Dr didn't know my lenghts till days after surgery the lady who calls you back about tubal reversal is rude and never calls back. My tubes were blocked soon after surgery. They told me my surgery was a success no it wasn't. They also said they use dissovable stiches. I had a second reversal done with a good Dr who took pictures of my tubes. Nccrm said my tubes were 10 left side and 9 right side wrong the new Dr measures my tubes before my second surgery. My second reversal was a success 28th free follow up care until you conceive. I called nccrm and told them my tubes were blocked and they said ok well u need ivf then they were rude and nonprofessional. To all women stay away from nccrm they are horrible and lie about what shape your tubes are really in. Stay away beware the price is cheap cause they suck. more

My husband and I consulted with Dr. Toma in May 2015 to discuss our pregnancy options. After going home and discussing our options we contacted the office to learn how to begin the process. The physician and staff was very attentive and informative. The staff guided us through the Ivf process and made themselves available around the clock for questions! Needless to say my husband and I gave birth this month to a healthy baby girl... We could not be more proud of our daughter and of the staff at Nccrm. I would recommend this clinic to anyone having difficulties conceiving. Ma& Fa more

Had my TR done in august 2014 and conceived September 2014 I'm almost 6 weeks along and I'm overwhelmed with the joy I have of becoming pregnant again Dr Toma did a excellent job and the nurse abby was awesome! I had my tr in December of 2012. When I first got there it was ok. I went in the day before for my consultation with Dr. Toma and everything seemed rushed. The next day for the surgery I went in got prepped and the next thing I knew I was waking up to Dr. Toma saying have a good day. I was weak but I was trying to ask questions and ask he said was it was a success but you lost a tube and he walked away. A couple days later after I was feeling a little better I tried to call for questions that I needed answers to and the nurse April really got rude and said that they are busy and can't take time out to answer my questions. I said your didn't have any problems answering questions when you got my 5000 dollars. 2 years later and I have yet to get my questions answered. I feel cheated. My heart aches that Dr toma can't take time out to answer his patients questions. True I know your busy but you took money from me take time out to answer my question. more

I had my tubal reversal 2-13-14 and I'm still recovering. its really odd how dr. toma did my surgery he cut me across my pelvic are like 2 inches below my c-section scar. my incision is hard and I'm having a lot of pain on my lower left side not sure if its normal very different from a c-section and I've had 2. i had a awsome experience with nccrm the nurses were really sweet, Mrs.Abby was my nurse and she made it all about me. (Love her). i can't wait to start trying. Thank you NCCRM more

I would like to say that NCCRM is a very professional, caring, and wonderful place for any couple to recieve fertility care. My physician was Dr.Mulvaney, and my nurse was Carla they're both caring, professional, and wonderful people. The practice is clean, inviting, and the secretaries make you feel welcomed as soon as you enter.Not to mention the price of their ivf can't be matched when it comes to an affordable price. You get the same treatment and quality of care here at NCCRM that you would get any where else, but you may pay 50% more if you recieve treatment from other facilities. I got pregnant on my first ivf, and will choose this place again for my next little one, of course I'm three months pregnant and have to wait a while. more

after having my tubes tied 10 years ago my husband and I had the reversal 7/25/12 ttc for only 4months and a BFP!!!!!! Tks dr toma and staff for allowing us to have baby #5 due date 7/8/13(hubbys bday) more

Don't go here unless you want to be herded like cattle. They rope you in at the start and then string you along and turn into devils. I have worked with the public for over 20 yrs and I have never been treated as rudely as I have been here - the secretaries care more about gossiping in front of clients and talking with family on the phone than they do about working. The young receptionist has the rudest, "I could care less" attitude and needs to go to charm school so she can actually grow a heart and become a REAL human being instead of an overweight and bitter robot. They apparently think that you have no schedule and could care less about you or your concerns. Carla (IUI nurse in Cary) is the only one that is truly genuine & Dr Mulvaney means well, but is stretched too thin between two offices - he is THE ONLY one that explains things so that a layperson can understand them - Dr Toma is the rudest, most inconsiderate, obnoxious and arrogant Dr. I have ever met. He needs to formally retire since he obviously checked out of patient care decades ago. Save yourself the money, (10k + meds that are 3K for one cycle) the hurt, the aggravation and the stress & time and go somewhere else- anywhere else would be better than here. Trust me. I have NEVER been treated with such little respect as I have been at NCCRM. more

I had a horrible experience at NCCRM, esp Dr.Toma ( who gave him a license?). An arrogant imbecile of a quack who should be stripped of his license. If you have any hopes of getting pregnant, run away from NCCRM! Go to Carolina Conceptions - cant say enough good things about that practice. more
