Found the source of a rat problem and eliminated it. Set some traps and bait, and sealed our garage from ground floor entry. All under an Angie's List deal.\r Member Comments: Jason is my new hero! He investigated, answered my questions, found new issues, resolved new and old issues, was friendly and interested in his work, etc. Seriously, he's the best. He even got me to sign a regular contract, which I don't normally do but he is so much better than the technician sent by our existing exterminator and the pricing was virtually the same.\r Front office was also professional. Set the appt within a few days and, although Jason was running an hour or so behind the window of time they gave me, he called me 2 hours before the window had expired and advised that he was running late. He checked to see if I could still be there when he expected to arrive, and was timely at that re-negotiated time.\r As I said, he's my hero and I'm now a Nature's Own regular. more

I received a call shortly after indicating my interest in having my lawn aerated. Ricky gave me an initial quote that was lower than the competitor's. The whole transaction was very professional; the appointment time was 2 days in advance, and he promised he'd call a half hour before arriving (which he did). After surveying my lawn, he gave me an even lower quote. Ricky showed me the process during and after the aeration. My lawn requires a lot of TLC (there are a lot of weeds), but it looks like the grass is getting greener and starting to take over.\r more

Very clear when speaking, makes sure there are no questions and easy to speak with. They came back and would check in with us if there was a problem or if they needed something unlocked or moved. I had a good time speaking with them and kidding around. more

Very nice representatives. Took the time to make sure not to run over anything that would get damaged..i.e. sprinkler system, water softener system.The technician called me to let me know that they would arrive later than the promised range of time, but that is understandable in their line of work and they did a great job. more

The technician was very nice and we laughed about him trying to get the bees down. He was awfully friendly young boy. Got all my bees down and I was very happy with it, it only cost me 100 dollars, which wasn more

1st, they were VERY polite on the phone and asked what the situation was with the lawn asking many questions, then giving me a few possiblities of what the problem(s) could be. 2nd,they came out the same day i called; even coming out earlier than the appointment time after calling to see if that would be okay. Third, they sent out Jimmy and he went over everything about the type of grass we had, the weeds, and other problems along with options to try and services they could provide. He also didn't try to get us to contract for services we didn't need right now and said trying to lay sod down now with the drought wasn't smart. \r more

This company is true to their word on their money back guarantee! I called them to let them know that I still had those pests, not as many as before and they came back and retreated and I wasn't charge like most other companies that keep charging you every time they service your home. My service guy was Jimmy McConnell he was very friendly and professional and he answer all my questions and I didn't feel like he was bother by coming back. He truly loves what he does and he made us feel like we are family. I would recommended this company to all my friends and neighbors. Before I sign off, let me tell you, that the price was right! more
