Natural Dentures

I shopped around for the extensive dental work I was seeking and landed at Natural Dentures. They were kind, compassionate, attentive to my needs and so friendly. They were always available when I had questions or fears and were able to alleviate all the terror I had going to the dentist. I was able to obtain all the care I requested in regards to my extractions, sedation and financial arrangements. I have never had such a beautiful smile and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking extensive dental work and full dentures with implants. I mention them to everyone who now comments on what a beautiful smile I have. I wish I had gone to them sooner! Thank you Natural Dentures! more

I would like to express my appreciation for Shawn Murray at Natural Dentures. She has been instrumental at helping resolve long term issues I've had with an upper denture. I have a complicated case where a previous accident, uneven bone, uneven height on the lower teeth, and inadequate work by others have made my problems unique. The knowledge and compassion that Shawn provided has been outstanding and I am grateful for her willingness to stay with the process of figuring out the right fit. I recently found out I will now need implants due to a shrinking ridge and I plan to return to Shawn for a future snap on denture. more

well what happened to mine? this is the second time i am writing this as it seems to have disappeared. NOT happy with Natural Dentures Is it common to have stitches all down the roof of your mouth with a huge gouge that runs from the front to the back of the top of my mouth. from something they had crammed in my mouth to prop it open??? during sedation? no mention of having been given any stitches or any paper work explaining on how to care for them or on how or why my mouth was horribly scraped up and i think i have counted 10 stitches all together. any clues? is this common practice? more

I'd like to know why, at 0100 hours, the factual, but derogatory, comments my friend Hannah just made about this hack denturist outfit gets removed from this ""open and honest"" website? I am following this with interest, because a few years back my 82 year old mother had some dealings with this Todd Young piece of work. more

I am not satisfied or happy. I just found that all three Natural Denture clinics are not BBB approved and Eugene had one BBB complaint and the Salem clinic has had 3 complaints filed against him within two years.\r \r For $3,000 I expected nice looking teeth and I expected to get what I wanted. Whiter, straighter comfortable teeth. Mr. Young picked the color out himself and I was not happy, that should be discussed with the patient. I don't care if my natural teeth were slightly yellow, I wanted bright white teeth since I know dentures get stains over time. The teeth were no the shape I requested and had to be redone. Now that I need to go back Mr. Young isn't even there, he has abandoned his patients. I don't have dental insurance so I can't afford to find another denturist when all my yearly appts were figured in. I also was told that annual exams were free, but now they ask for canned food so they can donate and get a t\r ax deduction. They should have to report the food as income and he should be there for his patients when they need their provider. As for Tammy B. how can you go by people who are just sitting in a waiting room on if they are happy with the dentures or not. They also violate patient HIPAA rights, they don't have doors on their exam rooms and you can see who is in there and hear everything the patients are confiding to/ In fact, one time I was in there and a cou0ple of meth heads from a local bar were in there and we could hear everything they told him, we knew it was a lie because we knew them..so much for their privacy.\r more

My mother's health isn't the best so I make all her appointments and take her to them as well. I called all over town getting information on dentures and the process. Afterall, I don't know anything about it and from the first phone to Natural Dentures, I felt comfortable. They didnt try and sell me anything AND they answered every question I asked and even offered more. more

My own experience with Todd Young has been that he does care about results and about how his work affects me as a patient. I have some pre-existing medical conditions that made fitting me with dentures very challenging and Todd has shown himself to be a perfectionist in his effort to get my dentures ''just right'' and working for me. He and his staff have explained every step of the process and answered any questions I've had. In addition, I've seen Todd go above and beyond what I had expected, especially in terms of dealing with a difficult surgery I'd undergone at another dental practice -- he did his best to correct a situation that he had nothing to do with creating! I wasn't expecting that kind of support and both my wife and I are very grateful to Todd for his help. And his staff are certainly friendly and courteous. It's hard for me to believe that the negative reviews posted here aren't just from someone who has to have some complaint about anything and everything. I can say that in the many visits I've made to Todd because of my special fitting needs, I have never heard another customer complain about ANYTHING they experienced with Todd and his staff. more

Knowing Mr. Young for a lengthy time does not mean that he has not been guilty of taking peoples money and failing to provide quality dentures. He has the ability to present himself as though he is kind and professional and that he cares. The evidence is to the contrary however, based on the outcome of my personal situation, and it sounds like other individuals also who are not pleased. In addition to low quality dentures, Mr. Young has failed to be honest in his reports about the specifics of my case, and I wonder how honest he has been about his reporting in case files of other patients. In my oppinion, based on my experience, he and his staff are deceiving and dishonest... there primary concern is for the profit of their business and not the comfort and wellbeing of their patients. Mr. Young and his staff will twist words and facts to cover for their mistakes and flaws, and it will be at the expense of the patient. Beware ! Pros: one acceptable, but flawed, set of teeth to wear Cons: too many to list ! more

I deal with the public in my business as well, and there are always people that stay unhappy no matter what you try to do. Todd is highly regarded in the community and by local dentists that he has strong working relationships with.
