NATURAL BODY CUSTOMERS BEWARE! When Natural Body International (NBI) closed its Washington, DC area franchises, it refused to honor the outstanding spa package purchases made by customers at those locations. NBI has formally stated that it has no obligation to honor service promises made by its franchisees. The Washington, DC area franchises closed with very little warning to their customers. BE CAREFUL! more

Good but inconsistent 8/2/2010

I used to love it but they have become pretty inconsistent with the quality of their services. I suggest to give them a try, if you are lucky, you will get a good service! Pros: Facials from Shirlene Cons: Manicures and pedicures are terrible more

Awesome way to spend the day 7/19/2010

I loved every minute of my facial which lead way to an amazing pedicure!! You have to give them a try. The staff was so pleasant and helpful. I was excited to discover they carry bare minerals, my favorite!! The products used during my facial smelt amazing, the pedicure was in a private room with the most thorough massage I have ever received in a pedicure. My polish has really lasted! I will definately be back very soon. more

bad all around for me 8/10/2007

I must say my experience at Natural Body was not a pleasant one. I am no stranger to massage and the massage that I receive was a bad one, and I was suprised to know that the therapist said how she trained everyone, The therapist / manager Tiffany was less than helpful. I know when I am being patrioized and I didnt appreciate it al all. There was an assortment of products, but my experience was so bad I was in a rush to leave the store and didn't take the time to brouse. Sorry Natural Body I dont plan on returning to your spa more

Fun, Friendly and Relaxing 8/26/2005

I love to feel pampered here, which is very easy to do. I have had massages, manicures and pedicures here before and each person was professional and my time there was very relaxing. There is not much parking in front of the hixson branch, but I always seem to get a spot. They have gift certificates as well as the beauty products they use on you. I really love this place. more

Nice place to get a massage 7/19/2005

I was given a gift certificate to Natural Body and used it to purchase a massage. I am always nervous when I go to a "spa" because I feel like it's going to be snooty or something. The spa was very small, comfortable and unintimidating. My massuse was very down to earth and friendly and the massage was great! If only it had lasted longer!! more
