I've visited this place frequently over the past two years and not once have I been disappointed. Whether you sit down, get it to go, or phone the order in ahead and pick it up, the food preparation and service is top notch. The guys here are really nice and attentive, and more often than not you'll see the same guys working there every time you go. The restaurant itself is kitschy and laid back, and there's a hookah place next door under the same ownership.
As for the food... I have not found a better gyro, and the falafel platter is fantastic. I've tried all of the mazza and was pretty impressed. If the hummos was the only thing on their menu, I'd still be back again and again.
It's right across the street from the mall, so you really have no excuse not to try it at least once.
