I lost some hours at work and was forced to get a smaller place to live. I decided to put the rest of my things in storage because I was determined to get a bigger place back. I never used a storage place before and I was not sure if my stuff would be safe. The manager walked me around and showed me his cameras and lights and how the gates work with a secret code and told me he watches over his renters. I have a new apartment now and was almost sad that I was leaving the storage. They have been so nice to me and you don't find that anymore. When I told the manager (his name is Mike) that I was leaving, instead of shunning me that I thought he might do because he is losing a renter, he said he was sad to see me go, but was happy that I am getting my bigger place back. He has great customer service skills that are not phoney and that only last while he is trying to rent to someone. As I drove away, I thought to myself that if I ever need storage, I know this is where I will go. more

The manager really likes people 1/1/2011

My mom needed to put away my dads things for a little while after he passed away. I called around and found this place. The manager invited my mom and I over to look at the different sizes he had to rent and never seemed to pressure us into renting like some of the others. Everything was really clean and when we were only looking to rent, we were walking out and he seemed to know everyone by name that was at their storage. I will be back if I need to rent again. more

Nice people that take care of customers 7/8/2010

My fiance and I were buying a house and needed to put our things into a storage. When I called, a man invited my fiance and I to come over and he would show us around and let us pick a storage we wanted. Getting there the next day, a woman was there and kept saying she can do better if we go to her location and we said we wanted to stay at this one. We finally met Mike a few days later and even though it was his day off, he opened a side gate for us to bring a big truck in and checked on us from time to time and even brought some bottled water out to us. Thank you Mike for all of your help. You have been a big help and we will let everyone know how great your place is. shopped around but this was the best place. Didn't feel like they were just saying a bunch of stuff they felt like I would want to hear. Great price and location. loved the free move-in truck was a bonus. it is a frightful commentary on my maturity level that I am writing a review about a storage rental place. Then again, I know you are, but what am I?!?!I more

Easy to get into and out of, friendly staff, secure, and affordable. ?What more could you want out of a storage unit? ?I checked out other more expensive places, but this one was by far the best. ?I'd definitely use this place again Pros: free moving truck more

Friendly staff and clean facility. 4/22/2010

Had a great experience renting from these folks. Will come back again if I ever need storage again. Clean! Very knowledgeable staff. Free move-in truck was a great incentive to rent from this place. Pros: great rates and services Cons: didnt find them sooner more

Couldn't ask for a more courteous staff. A pleasant change from my last storage experience at a different company. Free use of the moving truck and even a free lock! Their prices are good and theres ,no deposit .You guys rock! You made my moving experience more manageable than I ever expected. Can't beat it. more

My wife initially wanted to use a different company but these guys were so helpful, and the building was so clean we just had to use this company. Also the free use of move-in truck was a pleasant surprise. They also give you a free lock and there's no deposit. we had a minor issue with one of the people who has a storage unit close to mine but all was resolved with no big problems. The manage stepped in and handled it. Will come back more

These guys are great! Clean units. Well lit buildiing and area around the property. Good rates. Nice people to work with. Free move-in truck is an awesome incentive. Would rent from these people any time. Pros: very clean building. great staff. Cons: took a while for them to answer the phone more
