DO NOT USE. In middle of the job, when the carpet was torn up, Anthony called and said he would not complete it unless I agreed to pay more money over and above the signed quote....

A joy to work with 10/5/2011

We just had National Floors back again to finish the rest of the house, and they were once again wonderful. Super fast with the quote and a quality job. I overheard one of the less experienced workers ask a question about what should be done with a particular area of damage and the response from the more experienced guy was ""think about what you would want it to look like if you were the homeowner"". Can't get better than that. more

Great product and prices! 7/10/2011

National Floors came over to give us an estimate on replacing our laminate with hardwood. Erin brought several samples with her, thoroughly explaining what would be best for the area were are looking to replace. The estimates were received quickly with the different options I was looking at presented for a final decision. Very professional and kind. more

All around great service! Competitive pricing...friendly and professional! I figured our poor floors were beyond repair and was hesitant to refinish. So happy we decided to go this route....much more affordable than replacement and the floors are remarkable! I couldn't be happier......I would highly reccommend National Floors to everone! more

Anthony should not deal with the public 5/27/2011

DO NOT USE. In middle of the job, when the carpet was torn up, Anthony called and said he would not complete it unless I agreed to pay more money over and above the signed quote. I begrudgingly agreeing to pay an extra $200 (my floors were being held hostage). A week later he sent me a final bill for an extra $325. When I told him I wouldn't pay the extra $125 over what I verbally agreed to, he send me a new bill $475 over and above the original quote. Three weeks later he filed a lien against my house for $1,126.55 over and above the original quote. He would not listen to reason at any time, refused to settle, and a judge finally had to rule that I only owed him the amount of the original quote. DO NOT USE. more

They made more progress in 1 day than my husband did in 5 days! 12/1/2010

We needed a new floor in our basement badly! I was not about to let me husband tackle this home improvement project as I know it would a been a disaster in the making and taken 8 months to get done so I did the next best thing and called National Floors!\r \r They are a very professional and respectable company who goes the extra mile. They were on time, stayed every day until the job was completed and were very friendly who let you know what was going on every step of the way.\r \r To my surprise I got the job done in 2 weeks compared to the time it would have taken my husband!\r \r I highly recommend these guys! more

Highly recommed National Floors 12/1/2010

We just recently had the hardwood floors in our house refinished. We were very nervous on how they would look because the were pretty ugly to start. Anthony and Erin assured us that they would look beautiful when they were finished. And WOW did they. Now I wish I had ALL of the floors refinished. The team that came to do the work were very friendly and professional. I was concerned that my house would be very dusty with the sanding procedure but there was NO dust. They arrived on schedule and had the job completed exactly as they promised. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. The price was very reasonable and the finished product is excellent. more

We're glad we chose National Floors 2/27/2009

We are extremely pleased with the results of our new floors. Mr. Campagna was very helpful in assisting us select the floor by showing us all the styles available and letting us keep the samples until we decided on what type flooring we wanted. He did not leave the job site until the whole job was completed and work was done in a timely manner with minimum interruption in our daily functions. Thank you Tony for a job well done. more

They fully deliver 12/4/2008

I can't tell you the amount of times i've been told by a contractor they'd be at my house at 9am, then, they have either pulled a no show and called the next day with an excuse or shown up hours late. My National Floors experience was polar opposite to both. They arrived on time and the job was completed with mininmal dissruption and in a timley manner, all as promised. The quality of the workmanship was second-to-none. These guys really, fully deliver the goods ! more

Excellent work 12/2/2008

National Floors had dust free equipment that worked really well. No masking of everything and no clouds of dust. They had really creative ideas on how to do the needed repairs, and when they ran into unexpected problems, they just went ahead did things right. They used only high quality material and the bottom line was a superb job! Talking with them, it was clear their knowledge, experience with all kinds of flooring, and excellent work ethic leave me with no qualms to recommend them to any person or company who wants a first rate job. more

We asked them to install and finish reclaimed oak flooring because we wanted an environmentally friendly alternative. If you have ever used reclaimed material, you know that it is not as perfect as new product. Reclaimed material has character, and it is more challenging to install and finish. National Floors arrived promptly as promised each day, performed the work to exacting standards, and they were always friendly. The results were astounding. An all purpose flooring business with a selection that can not be beat. They do hardwood, laminate and tiles plus re-surfacing too! They did an excellent job of installing our new hardwood floors and the price was almost as wonderful and our new floor. more
