DO NOT USE. In middle of the job, when the carpet was torn up, Anthony called and said he would not complete it unless I agreed to pay more money over and above the signed quote. I begrudgingly agreeing to pay an extra $200 (my floors were being held hostage). A week later he sent me a final bill for an extra $325. When I told him I wouldn't pay the extra $125 over what I verbally agreed to, he send me a new bill $475 over and above the original quote. Three weeks later he filed a lien against my house for $1,126.55 over and above the original quote. He would not listen to reason at any time, refused to settle, and a judge finally had to rule that I only owed him the amount of the original quote. DO NOT USE.
