Nathan's Anthems Tattoos & Piercing

I am SO pleased with the work I've had done at Nathan's. From my cartlidge and abnormal belly button piercing (done professionally by the funny and knowledgable Billy!) to my boyfriend and my own tattoos (done by Ken and Ray), I have had great experiences there. Not only are they lively and entertaining, they also provide all of the information you'll ever need to know about how to keep your body clean and safe when dealing with tattoos and piercings! I highly reccomend you go there if you are looking for a safe, clean place to get some art or piercings done. I do everytime!! more

I took my son to get his ears pierced and William was the one who did it. He is very knowledgable and very professional. I would recommend him to everyone. He is honest and helpful. My son didnt even feel it when he pierced his ears! William is so welcoming that I am ready to go back and have him gauge my ears too! The place is beyond clean and all things are sterile. I would definatley recommend Nathans Anthem's to any body. Whether they be a veteran piercee or a very nervous first timer. They are helpful, clean, polite and completley understanding. If you have an questions no matter how stupid you might thing they are they will answer without making you feel stupid. They do change gloves anytime they touched something else. Showed me all the jewelry, needles, tools and equipment. Then explain each function and while he was doing it explained what he was doing at the time. ALWAYS making sure of my comfort. Made sure I like the dots of where the piercing was to go. They turn something that can be a nerve wracking and scary procedure into something that is enjoyably. He also gives you a package of sea salt measured perfectly so that you can just add to 1 gallon of water without having to worry over measuring it. They go over care to the most minute detail and going over any questions. Also my rings were a bit to small for my swollen lip and I came back the very next day and they replaced my too small ones for larger ones that give room for swelling FREE OF CHARGE. Yes free, He took out my old rings gave me free larger ones and of course the whole time spent free. more

APP Member! (Association of Professional Piercers) I called first to check the hours and to ask about possible metal allergies, and was given more than enough useful information whether or whether not I was even going to go there to get my first piercing. I was nervous, and explained that if I were to even see the needle before hand I would probably bolt out of there, and my concerns were not only handled but understood. The piercer changed his gloves I don't know how many times throughout, but definately enough that I took notice of it. I was given complete aftercare advice, even when I woke up the next morning and called them because I had somehow slept on the piercing funny, irritating it and causing my lip to swell like crazy. In the end, everything was great and I walked out with an amazing first experience that got me later wanting more piercings. Pros: everything. Cons: too far from where I now live (Seattle, WA) to get my piercings done there. more
