Their commitment to customer service and customer satisfaction is evident through their clear and concise explanation of the diagnostic results, work that is required, and the cost associated. The professionalism and customer first attitude demonstrated by the service/operations manager, Angela, clearly flows down to the service coordinators and technician who does the actual work. I've been bringing my vehicles to another shop in town for years, always thinking there couldn't be a better place. I was Wrong! I tried Nashua Foreign auto because it was recommended by a friend. They are great, very professional, fast service and great prices. I was quoted $600+ from my other auto shop, brought it to NFA and they fixed it for under $200!!! Great work, too.
