We came in because we were new bunny parents. We were so worried our baby was sick! We made an appointment and they helped us right away! They were friendly, knowledgable and affordable. I definitely recommend anyone bringing any pet here. You will not regret it! more

We are relatively new to the area, and decided to get a puppy. The breeder referred us to Happy Tails, and we couldn't be happier! EVERYONE is super friendly, helpful and above all, caring to both of our dogs. They saved the day when we were going out of town with their boarding facilities. Since our original dog sitter cancelled the day before, I called to get the puppy her first shots and my older dog current so they could board; Happy Tails was able to get both dogs in the next morning. But, I couldn't find a boarding facility that would accept my pitbull terrier. To my surprise and relief, they informed me they have boarding facilities, and welcomed both of our dogs with open arms. I have no doubt they were well cared for! I was told my extremely timid pitbull jumped up on one of the employees in excitement to see her. That says a lot! Both of them paid more attention to the employees than they did us the day we picked them up. Lastly, the same timid girl is now excited to see everyone at the office, and isn't shaking while we wait. Obviously, I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HAPPY TAILS!!! more

WARNING - I took my 4 month old Jack Russell Terrier to be spayed at Happy Tails. I received a phone call a half hour after dropping her off. She died. I would not recommend this clinic to my worst enemy. There was little explanation, other than she went into cardiac arrest. When you consider taking your animal to a clinic, please do not go to Happy Tails. My puppy was happy and healthy. My biggest regret is taking her to Happy Tails and allowing them to kill my best friend. *IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PET DO NOT TAKE THEM TO HAPPY TAILS* more

Great vet clinic 2/10/2012

I recently visited Happy Tails vet clinic with my daughter for the first time as a new pet owner and was greeted with smiling faces from the staff, I even got a tour of their wonderful clinic! I havn't been in any clinic that gave me a full tour (even let me see their surgery room) Their clinic was very clean and bright which is important to me. They took the time to get to know me and helped me with estimates for shots and answer all my questions. I highly reccomend them!! Pros: null Cons: null more

NOT RECOMMENDED 5/11/2011

We took our puppy here because it was close to our house and convenient. After taking her in a few times and telling Dr. Nasal that I was pretty sure she had an ear infection because she was itching her ears so much, Dr. Nasal smelled her ears and said she was fine. I took her to another vet where she had a double ear infection and a bladder infection. After reading about the poor puppy that did not make it in surgery, along with myself and others in the community who have had bad experiences, I would NOT recommend taking your dog here! more

Happy with Happy Tails 5/8/2011

I started going to Happy Tails when my siberian was eight weeks old. She was spayed and recieved all of her shots including follow-up shots for the past two years. They always called to remind me when shots were due. The vet techs are friendly and knowledgable and not afraid to consult with the veterianarian when necessary. The veterinarian always explained, in detail, the procedure prior to actually performing the work. My dog is not afraid to go to the Happy Tails clinic where she recieves plenty of attention! My experiences have always been great and I would highly recommend them! more

Boxer Owners 5/5/2011

I recently took my Boxer puppy to Happy Tails Veterinary Clinic in order to be spayed. At the time, I was given no indication that my puppy was at any increased risk of harm, but rather, was led to believe that everything would be fine. \r On the day of the procedure, however, the clinic called me to inform me that my puppy did not survive the procedure. I later learned that Dr. Nasal, the veterinarian at Happy Tails, used the drug Acepromazine as a tranquilizer. Although this is a commonly-prescribed tranquilizer, even a cursory amount of research indicates that it should not be used on Boxers or other larger breeds. In fact, a warning to that effect appears in every vet’s “Handbook of Veterinary Drugs.”\r \r In a follow-up discussion with Dr. Nasal, I was given no clear indication that she would change her practices going forward as a result of this incident or of the research advising against use of Acepromazine on Boxers and other large breeds. Anyone considering Happy Tails as a vet for their Boxer or other large-breed dog should, at the very least, ask Dr. Nasal whether she intends to use this drug on their dog – particularly given the wealth of research suggesting that it should not be.\r more
