I get my back waxed about once every month or so. I usually go to a location in the Beverly Hills area, but it's really out of my way considering I live in Sherman Oaks. I came to the spa to get a wax and she was amazing. i am extremely scared of getting waxed because they always hurt me so when i came here i was shocked at the fact that she took her time. She even called one of her clients to make sure that she would have enough time for me. she went the extra mile and her price are so low. the lowest ive seen actually. she went way above and beyond with her services and she deserve whatever tip you can spare!! I am customer of Narai Thai Spa for more than 2 years. After I start facial skin care there I am looking younger and feel healthier. I am lucky meeting Cindy, she is the best facialist I have ever met. She is very professional and provides treatment in very pleasant atmosphere, knows how to get the best result with my skin. I have never been to such a warm and friendly environment. It's extremely clean, and has a warm vibe. The staff is wonderful, and greet you with such love. Very attentive and always make sure the client is satisfied. Once i stepped into Narai Thai Spa, and experienced the massages and different kinds of treatments, i fell in love and have been coming there ever since. Narai Thai Spa is inexpensive and the deals are unbelievable. Massages are like heaven>> I fall asleep instantly :D .. last but not least the owner Cindy gives the best waxes and facials around. The session started when the woman waiting on me left the room to take a phone call, and I could hear her giggling from the hallway. I told her I wanted to get the waxing done for a special event, and she said that she would then go "slow, so it was extra good." I was fine with this, except for the fact that she decided to charge me 5 additional dollars for going slow, despite part of the reason it took so long was because she was on the phone for 10 minutes. I have had several Thai massage's and Narai is by far the best! I am heavily active as I run and play sports. I am often sore and have tight muscles after a lot of activity and Narai is where I go. I have been there three times now and I won't go anywhere else. They combine deep muscle massaging with stretching and hit all the right pressure points. When I leave I always feel great. more

I am a women who works hard and I get stressed and sometimes my back muscles get really tight. Well I just discovered this place and it is great. Lots of signs are there so it is easy to find. I went to Narai Spa on my 14th birthday and it was everything I could every have hoped for. The massage was amazing! I felt so comfortable the whole time and i LOOVED the facial. My skin was so soft and silky afterwards. They were also so nice! They bought me some amazing cake from Aroma free of charge. Overall, this place is great. Normally walking into a massage parlor, I don't expect much. That is until I found Narai massage, ultimately the best I've ever had in the world, not to mention their upscale, luxurious, comfortable rooms, and the nicest staff,all with magical hands. Everytime I pass ventura and white oak I can't help but smile and think I need to make yet another appointment. With everyday being so hectic and stressful and I am soo happy to have finally found a place not only beneficial to my stress levels, but also to my time. They have half hour swedish messages or whatever message you like) that makes my body melt like butter and I love getting on with my day after every single trip. I love that they put in facials so I can make two stops in one, and if you want them to work on a specific part of your body just ask and they are more than happy to concentrate on that part until your satisfied. This really is a one of a kind jem that more people need to excavate. I treated my friend to a birthday massage at Narai Thai Spa. They have a lot, so parking was easy and free. My friend got the hot stone massage and I got a thai massage. An hour later, we both left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Spotless, calming, beautiful interior. Professional staff. It was a great experience! :) Pros: Atmosphere, staff, cute rooms, CLEAN! This all new spa is adorable, adorned with beautiful Thai wood details. The owner, Cindy was born in Bangkok, is so dedicated to her customers satisfaction. She has been my facialist for over a year & I've never found anyone better. But please don't forget to have a Thai massage too! I must get at least one a week! Very well priced too!
