This place is a gem!! I found it online in a random search for Seattle spas and am SO glad I did. As soon as I arrived I was brought into the quiet, dimly lit waiting area. There were candles and the sound of water trickling from the nearby waterfall. As I filled out paperwork my therapist put my feet to soak in a warm foot bath. I had the algae body wrap and it was amazing. Dionne was very professional with her "draping" and I never felt uncomfortable even though I didn't have much covering me!! Her presence was so calm and quiet that it only helped me to become more relaxed! The treatment was incredible. I never felt rushed , but more as if I was the only person there - - a nice change from big name spas. I will definitely be back to Napolitano's Eastlake location! Pros: Calm and quiet setting, good prices, exceptional service Cons: nothing! more

great color and cut 8/26/2009

I saw Jeremy at the Eastlake location and was very pleased with his attention to detail, his patience with me not knowing what I wanted to do, and I walked out feeling on top of the world. I had to call my girlfriend to go out and she thought it was the best color I've shes ever seen on me! Thanks so much and I will definately be back Pros: love the location! Cons: parking more

A Gem! 1/18/2009

We are so lucky to have such a great spa as our neighborhood spa. My top experience was getting a pedicure during the recent snow storm. Allison tucked me in to a warm bed and proceeded to ready my feet for spring. Not only do they offer topnotch services but they also seem to have more flexibility in their schedules, i.e., Sunday and evening appointments. Finally, for the occasional missed appointments, they have been very nice and helpful in rescheduling. I have been going Allison for over five years and am a totally satisfied customer. more

Lindsay is terrific 1/3/2009

I first saw Lindsay this past summer and loved her so much that she did my wedding makeup and eyelash extensions--something I never would have thought I would ever do. She does meticulous work and now I'm a believer. Highly recommend her and Napolitano's in general. more

Wonderful Spa Treatments 12/29/2008

I first discovered Napolitano Day Spa in Queen Anne over two years ago, and have been a customer there every since. I have had spa treatments, including a wonderfully relaxing hot stone massage, and got my hair styled for a formal event. I really enjoyed the experience in the hair salon, and the staff provided lots of great hair advice. Typically, I get waxing done at the spa, and always request Lindsey. She is sensitive to my skin care needs, and always makes me feel comfortable during our sessions. I highly recommend Napolitano Day Spa! more

This place is worth a visit! 12/28/2008

I've been going to Napolitano in Queen Anne for a couple years now and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for an overall relaxing experience. The spa is in an old refurbished home which makes me feel like I'm just at a friends house. Napolitano on Queen Anne is a warm and inviting place where everyone is so personable and welcoming. I have been seeing Lindsay and I'm always pleased with her services. This place is worth a visit! more

Great Location, Fabulous Service! 12/16/2008

I have been seeing Alison at Napolitano for electrolysis and I can't imagine going anywhere else. She uses nice new equipment, is very thorough, and most importantly she is incredibly accommodating when it comes to my schedule. She provides excellent eyebrow tinting and gives a mean pedicure, among other services. The salon itself is located on the top of Queen Anne on McGraw. There is always plenty of free parking, which is a plus and the vibe in the spa/salon is friendly and relaxed. I have been going to Napolitano for various services for over 10 years and am always pleased with the overall experience. Highly recommended! more

Lindsay and Alison are awesome! 12/15/2008

I've been going to Napolitano Day Spa for nearly 10 years. I started seeing Alison for electrolysis and I love the results. The prices are reasonable too. Now I am addicted to eyelash extensions. Lindsay does such a good job applying them that even the eye doctor wanted to take a second look. He could hardly tell they were not my lashes even under magnification. more

Great Pedicures 12/5/2008

I have been going to Allison for several years for pedicures. She does a wonderful job. The client gets to relax in a private room and recline on a very comfortable bed/table while being pampered. The pedicure includes a great leg and foot massage as well. A very relaxing experience and well worth it! more

A NEW GEM ON EASTLAKE 11/12/2008

I highly recommend indulging in one of the treatments at the new Eastlake addition to the Napolitano Day Spa. Mary and Jerry Napolitano have created a fantastic new spa space that has a warm and relaxing atmosphere in addition to a friendly and skilled staff. I recently had a facial with Mary who in my estimation is the best esthetician in the city. The minute I walked into the treatment area I felt the quiet atmosphere wrap around me and the stresses of the day wash away. Mary worked her magic and by the end of the treatment I felt refreshed and my skin renewed. Whether you visit Queen Anne or Eastlake you can?t go wrong with any of the treatments at Napolitano Day Spa. Don?t forget to try Mary?s new line of skincare products (created by Mary for the salon). Queen Anne or Eastlake - can't go wrong 5/14/2008

I go to the Napolitano Queen Anne for spa services and Napolitano Eastlake for haircare. Jeremy at the Eastlake salon is a master and the same can be said for Mary and facials at the Queen Anne salon. It also says a lot that Mary or Jerry (the two Napolitano's) seem to always be at the salons. more

great haircut 5/7/2008

I love it... the best haircut ever. My friend said I had to go see Jeremy while I was in town. I have always been timid about changing my look. I wanted to keep the length and he said no problem. I walked out of the salon and within a few minutes a girl said she loved my hair. I couldn't wait to show my husband. He rocks... if your looking you have to give him a try, you wont regret it... Great Spa! 4/14/2006

Went to this cute salon because it was in the neighborhood...so convenient! Dionne performed my wax services to perfection and didn't rush me out the door to get to other customers like other unnamed salons. I now only go to Dionne for my wax services! She's fun to talk to and very detailed at her work. A week later I went in for a massage with Carol. Again, she was not personally referred to by anyone I knew...I just took my chances and got the most relaxing massage. I ended up buying the series of 6 massages! Which is quite a deal! Love the services they provide, the skill, friendliness, and the convenient location! And they carry Dermalogica which seems so hard to find in Seattle!! My first facial and wax were at Napolitano's about 8 years ago and I assumed they were all that good. Every salon I go to gets compared to Napolitano's and no one measures up to their individualized, relaxed and professional service. I've decided to give myself a gift and refuse to go anywhere else! Electrolysis...wonderful! 1/22/2006

I have always had bad luck having allergic reactions to wax so I decided to try electrolysis. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that my first visit was complimentary so that I could see what it was like and determine how my skin would react. I learned that it wasn't as painful as I thought and also that it was about the same cost as waxing. My skin had no reaction at all! And the fact that it is a permanent hair loss method is even a bigger benefit. The staff at Napolitano is knowledgable, safe and very informative. I always feel that they are taking wonderful care of me. Pros: Permanent!, Not painful, Pleasant staff more
