Best Nissan Dealership out there! I worked with the Internet SalesManager, Marci Lynn first, She was extremely knowledgable and helpful, her kind personality prompted me to come in. When I arrived for our appointment she then greeted me in the showroom and is just as nice in person as she is on the phone. She then set me up with a specialist on the Nissan Altima and after a couple of test drives due to the fact that they have so many vehicles to choose from, I drove off that day in my new Altima very happy with my time spent in the dealership, the fair and low price that was offered to me and the Staff that I came into contact with through out my time at Napoli Nissan. I will highly reccomend this Nissan Dealership to my friends and will continue to do business with Napoli for all my future car buying needs. worst ever place to buy a car. Their Internet advertising campaign for used car is misleading. They don't tell you that the price will be different for trade-in etc and use it for negotiation. Filthy practice. Their sales is not car savvy and have no clues about car. Few folks friendly inside though. They tell you last moment during paper work if the car is AsIs and leave nothing for you . Worst place to take your car for repair if you are not so lucky with your buy. I had to revisit AROUND 3 months of my purchase with them and they charged me $755 for the repairs they never did as the problem still remain same. Then they recommend things hypothetically leading you to believe that they have done everything possible to fix and will also suggest to spend a little more by changing xyz parts- hit and try. THIS IS A RIP OFF. I won't write anything like this ever but this place is not for repairs, do not take your car there or you will repent. Not a good place to buy used car either....... more

When I bought the car from this dealership on a monday --they specifically told me it would be in by the next day--I paid exactly what i was asked--after one week I still have not heard a word from this dealer about my cars status. not one person ever contacted me after taking my money--and i didnt even get the car yet!! i am still driving my own car that they actually own now as well on paper. AMAZING!!! LIES, LIES and more LIES--not to be trusted for a second!!!! more

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! Deceptive dealer practices!\r My 16 YEAR OLD daughter recently bought a used car from Napoli Nissan. AFTER signing all the papers and paying for the car, they gave her the KEY. Only one key-the valet key which cant operate the remote door locks. When I asked the salesman about other keys he said he would find them and get them to us. Well after several phone calls to the salesman and the sales manager, we were told that because it was an ?as is? car there was no money to be put into getting us replacement master keys. The cost for the keys is $800! They should have revealed this information before the sale of the car!\r BUYER BEWARE-THEY ARE DISHONEST AND SHADY!! more

Do not take you car there for any non-warranty repair. They will either jack up labor costs, do shoddy repairs, and not do the work or inspections they said they did, more
