Worst service ever 1/21/2014

I've been taking my car here for a couple years due to the convenience of where it is located. I took it in for a routine 47.5 checkup and was dealt the worst service ever. 30 minutes just to get greeted, written up, and drop off my car. I was told it would be done by 1pm. I never received a call, and went in at 3:45pm to see in person. They said it was ready and I was next to be called. Sure. Then I was written up and the porter didn't want to bring my car around because he already brought around a handful. Really professional. My service rep had to go get my car. My car was returned to me just as dirty as when I dropped it off. They said the wash was broken. If that is the case maybe offer free detailing for the future?? When I returned home I received a call from the dealership at 5pm from an automated service, saying my car was ready. I would highly not recommend this service department. 0 sense of urgency in there and customer service is obviously a foreign idea to them. more

Slow service, awkward service drop off set up, not a pleasant experience. Try to tell you things you don't need done...fortunately was in car business myself and am able to do things like change air and cabin filters and was told mine were filthy two weeks after I changed them.....I checked when I left and they weren't.....this is how dealerships used to do business....apparently that's still how they do....let me get the plaid jackets. more
