Well, it was amazing experience! The salesmen are friendly and well informed about the cars they have even non-Chrysler cars I honestly wasn?t planning on buying a certain ?brand?...

Worst

the only bright spot of napleton is the lifetime warrenty which in itself is a bit shaded. the salsman Terry was a delight but everything behind him was and is an absolute nightma...

Well, it was amazing experience! The salesmen are friendly and well informed about the cars they have even non-Chrysler cars I honestly wasn?t planning on buying a certain ?brand? however Rep. Luis helped me a lot make my decision by narrowing down the number of cars that matched my interest! Additionally, I found the facilities here at Napleton very advanced, especially the Service area. more

This is a timeshare tactic sales organization. Commication is absolutley horrible. They will make you sit for atleast 5 hours and still not have an answer. If they ask you to sign up for vonage ... refuse, simply refuse because now you owe somebody else. Not a day goes by do i not regret giving my hard earned money to these poeple. once they sit you down take a look at the faces of everybody else sitting and that says it all!..... frustration. more

Napleton Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Orlando is awesome. I just went an bought a new Dodge Ram and the my salesman who took care of us was Marco he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Also the sales manager Mike Anderson was great and he worked very hard to make the deal work for us. I was very satisfied with the whole experience. more

Naleton Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Orlando is terrific. I came in just to satisfy my Curiosity of "I Wonder" since ,y credit is not so good, Never did i think they would work with me. My sales rep was awesome and he stayed positive with me while we waited for response from the bank. i was positive that i would get the loan but than again i was negative about it.And i Got Approved:) And i really enjoyed my car buying experience at Napleton. more

A+ Customer Service 4/7/2011

I took me 2000 Chrysler for recall, when they offer me the pay 1 and get 3 oil change for free, was excellent. Last time I was there I call 40 minutes before closing time for an oil change and nobody complain or nothing they took me car and did the job better than the first time. I dont remember the name of the lady that help me but she was A+... Thans for take good care of my baby!!!! more
