SCAM! just like the reviewer below.. OVERCHARGED! These people are Liars and thieves. Where do I start. I was trading in my 2013 Charger SRT8 and buying a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee.. We agreed on the price of the Jeep MSRP 40,475 and we were negotiating the price of the SRT8 trade in.. They wanted to give me $36,000 and I wanted $38,000.. Finally they gave in and gave me the $38,000 I wanted. ( LITTLE DID I KNOW THEY TACKED IT ON TO THE PRICE OF THE CAR) And switched up the paperwork on me so that I wouldn't see the both Trade in and Car price at the same time.. They "messed up" the paperwork and had to REDO it FOUR TIMES.. I HAD to sign that stupid AGREEMENT FOUR times! Needless to say.. I was duped and over charged $3360. When I went in to finance to dispute it Steve Diaz. BLATANTLY tells me, YES the salesman LUKE POMPER made it seem like you were getting your $38,000 for the trade in but then added it to total cost of the Jeep. So if you considering buying a car here. MY advice.. GO ELSEWHERE.. Look at all the similar reviews.. They are RUTHLESS SHARKS and Liars. more

ur family had the great opportunity to find a place where they worked with us immediately! We had gone to 3 locations and were completely dissatisfied with their approach and at Napleton's Northlake Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram they helped us quickly. From the first phone call we made to the time we drove off with our new Chrysler van. We had to follow-up with some service, it took long, but they were friendly and got us out the door. We would purchase our next car from them as well. No hassle and friendly. more

I went to Napleton's for some warranty work on my 2005 Chrysler 300. Apparently the Assistant Service Manager who wrote up my work order saw an easy target since I was a woman alone with out of state license plates. He told me he would call back that same day with an estimate of the charges for the repairs but never called or returned the messages I left him. The next day was the same. I finally went to the dealership and found him where he told me that I would have to pay almost $2,000 for the work and that my car had all kinds of things wrong with it. I called my husband who spoke to the guy (Joe King) and suddenly the charges went down to just over $400.00! He also said the car would be read the following day by noon. It wasn't. My husband spoke to the owner and wrote to Chrysler but we still paid for unnecessary work. These people take advantage. Beware! more
