Naperville Limousine

After 13 hours of cancelled flights and being diverted from O'Hare to midway, I was at the end of my rope. Paul from Naperville Limousine was tracking my flight - it was an hour late. As soon as it let him know I had collected my bags and called the number they procided me my limo was standing in front of me! Paul was extraordinarily nice. I will be eeasily using them again, and suggest it to everyone out there to do the same! Thank you so much! more

They have really, really been great. I've used Naperville Limousine forever. One time, I was going to Canada and I forgot my passport. They came back to my house, got it, and ran it up to the airport for me and didn't even charge. They have been great, they're great guys, and I would recommend them to anybody. Brad Bourne more

I use Naperville Limousine for work travel -to and from the airport- on a very irregular schedule. My days are never consistent nor my hours but they always accommodate me. They never fail to pick me up, even when I forget to make a reservation until the last minute. They sometimes know before I do if my flights have been delayed or cancelled because they are so on-top of your schedule to make sure you are picked up on time and taken where you need to be efficiently. I have been using them the past 2 years and am very satisfied. more

Naperville Limousine is very responsive. I would say for the most part, 95 of the time they are on-time picking me up from the airport or my home so I always make my flight. Situtations where they have made a mistake, such as running late or a car breaking down, they haven't charged me for it and they provided really good service on communicating with me in advance. A week ago, my flight got cancelled and they got ahold of me before I go ahold of them to see if I was going to be coming in on a different flight. They are there to make sure you are safe and get to where you need to be and are very attentive (as they checked my flight status before I did!) I get an email confirmation for my orders and an easy prepay system that can include a tip-streamlining the process. Their overall service is great, limos are clean, and drivers are courteous. more

BEWARE We had disgusting inappropriateness and now BEWARE they also camouflage them selves as a 2294 wayland lane business here on our residential streets of Naperville. merchant circle and google listing. 2 listings on each - I think shows the true nature of somebody ! more
