I live in Valley Center, and sometimes you need a part...fast, and driving to Escondido takes a bit more time then you think you have-BUT DO IT! These guys are so rude, not helpful, arrogant, overpriced, and are the reason I will drive an extra 10 miles to get what I need at O'Reilly's or AutoZone. The money you have worked so hard to earn will be valued and saved if you DO NOT GO to NAPA. \r Value yourself, your time and your earnings and do not go to Napa Auto Parts in Valley Center, Ca more

Editorial review from Citysearch 11/19/2012

The employee who was working on nov 19th 2012 was very rude to my dad. He is 85 and has difficulty breathing when walking far distances and went in the store to get a radiator hose. The workers told him they needed a number off his motor. When he ask them for assistance they said nobody could help him because they were ""too busy"". I am boycotting Napa and ask that you do the same. They are extremely rude and expensive with very poor customer service. more

Terrible Service-Absoultely Rude/Unprofessional 10/27/2008

Steve, the owner of this NAPA store must have no business education or customer service training. He is rude and unprofessional. NAPA has always provided good service and should be ashamed to have this company under their umbrella. If you want poor service, high prices, and arrogant people this would be your place Pros: nothing Cons: terrible service more

Rude employees, rude owner, refused to do battery service as required 9/16/2006

This auto parts store is known in north county to be a problem. The owner and staff have reputations of being rude to their customers. When I took a battery there that they are an authorized repair facility for, they refused to service or replace the battery. The manufacturer told me this business has an agreement to service these batteries. I sent a letter to the owner about this, and he did not respond. I contacted a local consumer agency, and the business refused to respond to them as well, earning them an unsatisfactory rating as a result. This business is also called ""Valley Center Auto Parts."" All local residents I've talked to about this refuse to go there, driving way out of the way for their automotive needs. more
