My Low Fuel light came on my dash and the car wouldn't start even though the fuel gauge registered 1/8 tank of fuel. They removed the tank and determined the tank was emplty...DUH! The bad part of that is they charged me a diagnostic fee of $85.00 PLUS the fee to remove the tank and adjust the sensor.. Then they repaired a flat tire. It still leaks. Then they charged ma another diagnostic fee to determine why I had a Service Engine Soon light on my dash. Another $85.00 fee. Nothing was done to repair anything. They just reset my computer by disconnecting the battery. When everything was done I paid $450.00. The first time I filled my car I immediately noticed that I was not getting good fuel mileage. This was NOT the case BEFORE I took my car there. Since I rarely drive the car, I decided to wait and fill it up at a different station the next time and see how the fuel mileage looked. It was still bad. Then I drove the car about 20 miles from my home and my car started to blow hot air when I stopped, and later determined my fan was no longer working. All of this started immediately and within a month after picking up my car from them. Neither of those problems existed prior to them "fixing" my car. I was told by some locals that I shouldn't bring my car there, (after the fact). Now I wish that I never had. When I called and told them about my issues they tried to act like it had nothing to do with them or what they did. The guy was pretty rude too. I guess we ALL can be good at customer service, but he did nothing to alleviate my concerns that they might've caused a problem. Oh yeah...Somebody also switched out my new wipers with old ripped up ones while it was in their shop. I won't be dealing with them again. They don't stand by their business or work.
